A very nice place to stop and take in the power of water and how massive the river system is in America. Two mighty rivers join on a journey south.

Excellent place to view passing traffic at the confluence of Ohio & Mississippi Rivers. The park itself is in horrid condition. Park grounds are overgrown and structures have been heavily vandalized.

Definitely worth the stop if you’re passing through on I 57. Didn’t know the history of Lewis and Clark and the other events that had happened here.

Beautiful scenery. If you like seeing the shoreline and just watching the two rivers converge this was fun. Not a lot of anything else going on here though.

The park is a great place to see the rivers loved it. The park needs a little help, but if people would just pickup after themselves it would be fine.

The Ohio made the Mississippi look clean lol I could definitely tell the Mississippi was low and slow while the Ohio was moving at a much faster rate. Worth a visit if you're ever passing through, but my favorite confluence is still the Mississippi/Missouri up in the Lou!

Excellent view of the confluence of the Ohio and Mississippi rivers. So cool to see the two different colors of the rivers come together. Loved our visit here

The concrete look out point is kind of neat. Not much else going on, a few picnic tables, but no playground, or walking trails. But, if you want to stop by for five minutes it is fine. One port a potty that desperately needs emptied.

😐 It's in an amazing location at the confluence of the Ohio and Mississippi rivers. The observation deck provides great reviews. However, the park is in pretty bad shape and other than the view or the rivers and bridges there's not much to do. It's worth it for a quick stop.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ My family stopped here while passing through to see some of American history. The once beautiful city of Cairo is now simply fading into oblivion.
