This the second time for me in magic planet and my first in CFC branch I lost my wallet there! MR Nader did a great effort to bring it back He reviewed the cameras to find it. The staff is also great and supportive Many thanks to the them for their great dedication.

Is nice but the place is a big problem in the medal of the food court, there a lot of games but not organized as category by years . Over all good place for kids and they have offers

Some great arcade games though some of the games were out of service. However, the place is good and the games were really fun. The staff were helpful and friendly. Also all handicapped can play completely free of charge.

Good place to have fun for kids and adults as well

It is a nice destination for kids, my son is 8 now and we still really enjoy going there. We used to go since he was 3 years. The variety of games is really nice and we like that there are various game genres.

Good fun and user friendly, great place to take the kids on a hot, sweltering summer day. Shame you can only top up with set amounts (250 minimum), rather than pay as you go.

Nice and cheerful. Full of fun. Good amount of rides and games for various age ranges. 2 rides were broken down when I was there with my 3 year old. The queue for the cashier was a bit lengthy and annoying. Other than that, everything went up to plan. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. They could do with some more online presence though. People should be able to find out what rides are available in which branches, and also understand age and height specifics for different rides online so they can decide where to go and what to expect. Positive overall.

My fiancé loves this place, always a mood-changer for her. Got so many great memories here. They've got a great collection of arcade games at a reasonable price, and best thing about it is you get a lot of tickets whenever you play so there's this competition spirit and target you give yourself so you end the day by exchanging the tickets for a lovely prize. Great experience.

Worst and unfriendly place, staff don't have any customer service skills specially the guy he work in soft play area, apparently management need to remember that this area is a family zone and need to make kids and parents feel welcomed and safe, i bought a card and used it only once not going again and not recommended.

min amount is 250, i never encountered this in magic planet uae /kuwait. I dont understand why their is no option to pay as we need for example 100 / 150 and the joke is it expires after 1 month ONLY. in other countries its 6 month
