Worst hotline ever. Last night ì called to ask about open hours specifically for Friday. The operator told me 9 am to 12 pm . I asked so if I go tomorrow morning it will be open he said yes. I am there now and it os closed for prayer. All my plans are jepradised.

The service level of the staff is extremely bad. Totally unprofessional. My son was harassed by the ice-cream guy. Moreover, the quality is deteriorating rapidly.

The food is good. The baklava tasted very good and was moist on the inside. There is also a selection of cakes and other sweet items. Coffee is also available. The service can be better especially with customers who don't speak Arabic. Will go for certain items only.
