Worst experience of my life. Nurses not only asked but forced baksheesh from us. Doctor was over 1 hour late, but they had 12 clients booked for thr same procedure at the same time. I didn't have a consultation pre procedure, I never met the doctor doing the procedure. The nurses asking about my medical history couldn't speak English so I prayed that the procedure, which as u der anesthesia would be OK. The worst hospital, I just went on Saturday with my son boiling in fever due to COVID19 in the emergency area they told us that there is no doctor to attend us and sent us to the outpatient area and they tell us that there is no doctor I asked to speak to the hospital director and they send us to the hospital reception where the receptionist just mocks us for not being Egyptian and an incompetent person comes just to tell us that there is no doctor and that we should leave the place , Obviously this case was escalated to the insurance companies in Egypt and a formal complaint will be made to the ministry of health.

Her behavior changed when she tipped the next day and she was taking the initiative to ask and check. 4. Patient meals aren't considering patient feedback. Indeed physician recommend type of food or nutritious value but speaking of quality of food and taste, these thing are unfortunately inacceptable. 5. The hospital fees are too much exaggerated and better service can be received with lower cost.
