Horrendous care. Absolutely appalling service. Doctor's, pediatricians, nurses, and staff are all unprofessional. This is the kind of place where you have to yell and follow a Karen mentality for someone to help your infant. Disgusting service.

I am giving the hospital this time 5 stars rating as I see huge progress in service and hospitality comparing to past few years. The hospital is land mark in 6 October city. Most of the medical are universaty staff. The hospital is equipped with helipad and celenetro coffe shop for more service.

Worst service in a hospital ever. The hospital has a great brand name for what it one day used to resemble. Now, they just operate through that brand name not the actual service, care or help. You pay for an obligatory profile creation!!! EVEN IF you have had a profile created for you in the other "Nasr City" branch!!! "Because we share the same name but different management" -as the customer service agent said. You will always have to wait prolonged periods of times, whether you're in for an inpatient clinic, or even to enter the EMERGENCY room!! Heck! You even have to take a number to get through to the FRONT DESK!!! Unorganized staff, no customer care whatsoever, Worst nursing staff ever. And I'm pretty sure they teach all their staff how to frown in front of clients and patients. I also have been looking into their replies on the poor reviews here, they ask people to send their contact info. BUT NOT INCLUDING A CONTACT METHOD! How can any one "Send you" their info, without knowing where to send it or to whom?! I hate it there.

Not up to the level of providing a service as a private sector, the appointment system, handling patients at the hospital and doctors availability need to be improved. The quality assurance department and whoever responsible for the process need to be replaced with professional one's. Dr.Mamoun El Nagar who is the hospital manager should be replaced immediately if you still care about the hospital reputation.

Very limited parking slots, you have to park in the streets and it is already crowded no matter what time you visit them. Also, my car got hit due to poor parking facilities. Service is really old. It’s all paper work and long lines of waiting people. Doctors are always late. I visited them 3 times Facility is not clean at all. Not for a hospital. Some streets are cleaner than this hospital.

in this hospital few years ago I had the worst experience of my life. I cannot forget the purely commercial imprint of a hypocritical organisation, marked by an appearance of "great style" that could impress the mediocre, but not those who were there to take care of their health and life. Shameful is an understatement

Please read carefully. This is by far the worst hospital i have ever been to. Very low standards, very high prices for semi unprovided and unprofessional services, no one is on time ( nurses or doctors), rooms are nasty, bathrooms smell really bad, everyone is after your money, no cares for the patient. Ps: this is not a hate message, this is to help those who are oblivious to what they're walking into. Especially if you are a foreigner.

Worst experience of my life. Nurses not only asked but forced baksheesh from us. Doctor was over 1 hour late, but they had 12 clients booked for thr same procedure at the same time. I didn't have a consultation pre procedure, I never met the doctor doing the procedure. The nurses asking about my medical history couldn't speak English so I prayed that the procedure, which as u der anesthesia would be OK. After the procedure they informed me I owed double the amount because calculations were wrong, the doctor didn't come in to see if I was OK, he sent his minion. For an International Hospital and supposedly a good one, I have had better patient care and doctor service at a local hospital. For the price of this experience I was highly disappointed

Very bad experience... I need someone answers my question... How much time should the patient wait @emergency case? What's the average time? For sure not an hour & half and more as I stayed @emergency waiting to see the doctor ( very far from any international or internal health standards) Can't imagine dar el foad is not ready to meet less than 10 people @emergency during an hour Really I will not repeat it again regardless the pain...

Horrible, emotionally traumatic experience, irresponsible employees(not all, yet many, to be specific); the cost of the service is unreasonably high, absolutely disastrous finance department with pricing errors beyond 5k. They didn't accept my written complaint and never responded to the verbal, although promised.

The ER seems to be there just for money. Patients wait outside without even a place to vomit. They take your temperature and pressure then tell you it's probably COVID-19. Nothing else is done except tell you take an appointment with an external doctor.

I made the same mistake and went again and here i am taking the time to write a bad review abt this unfortunately called hospital . Cold-blooded doctors and accountants. They just see u as a walking walet . And in return they give u the worst service .

Please avoid this hospital. I went in as an emergency patient and cannot believe how me and my family including young children were treated. No chairs or seats so my kids sat on the floor. All the hospital were concerned about was how I was going to pay. Whilst weak I had to walk around the hospital to different rooms just to make payment. I can’t believe hospitals so amateur unprofessional and selfish exist . Please beware.

Planning on having surgery soon? Or cancer treatment? Just want to know where to get help in case your family has an emergency? In any case, you want to know which hospital is best and nearest to you. First impression: the hospital is in the middle of 6th of october city and sheikh zayed city. In-depth discussion: Dar Al Fouad Hospital (DAFH) has an external garage and internal garage (but with an hourly fee to be paid when the customer/patient ends the visit). Also the hospital has a helipad which is very convenient in egypt as we have traffic jams every where. Internally tye hospital has a medium entrance lobby with every facility a patient or a vistor can think of like ( gift shop, atm’s, restaurant, cafe’s and many more...) DAFH provides medical and surgical care to patients. DAFH also collaborates with medical institutions, such as the American Cleveland Clinic. And as i learned recently DAFH’s top medical care and hospital management was recently granted accreditation by the Joint Commission International (JCI). The hospital was founded in 1999. Their medical specialties: Clinical cardiology Electrophysiology Onocology Internal medicine Neurology Stroke unit Nephrology - kidney dialysis Chest - pulmonology Pediatrics Rheumatology and rehabilitation Andrology In addition to surgical specialties and other services Conclusion: dar el fouad hospital is one of the best and the most popular in the country. I recommend this hospital 🏥 👍🏼

The worst hospital, I just went on Saturday with my son boiling in fever due to COVID19 in the emergency area they told us that there is no doctor to attend us and sent us to the outpatient area and they tell us that there is no doctor I asked to speak to the hospital director and they send us to the hospital reception where the receptionist just mocks us for not being Egyptian and an incompetent person comes just to tell us that there is no doctor and that we should leave the place , Obviously this case was escalated to the insurance companies in Egypt and a formal complaint will be made to the ministry of health.

The worst ever hospital I have ever been to in my life, unprofessional staff, complicated process just to get Into the emergency room, fees to open up a medical file eventhough I have my medical card, long awaiting to get in and a lot of people keeps redirecting me. I'm writing this review while waiting for almost 40 minutes just to have someone to check on me and I really feel sick and bad. Worst experience ever.

The Hospital is well-known as one of the biggest investment in health sector in Egypt. However I would provide some observations and notes about the hospital: 1. In case the patient is going to be admitted for staying in the hospital, the management will be active and providing good level of consideration and care, however, that level of consideration and care will fade while being in the hospital. 2. The international coordination office, public and patient service office have interference in medical protocols and patient-physician/specialist interactions. The interferences purposely to maximize the hospital financial profit. 3. Though wall-hanged boards showing that tipping is not practiced in the hospital, the nursing services is significantly influenced by tipping though inexplicitly - no one will ask you for tipping - however almost 60% of nurses wouldn't come even to pull completed solutions or providing in hospital bills on time to you in case you didn't tipped them. An instance observed in which a nurse basically mocked the patient compliant and refuse to check a "drain" is leaking intensively on the bed. Her behavior changed when she tipped the next day and she was taking the initiative to ask and check. 4. Patient meals aren't considering patient feedback. Indeed physician recommend type of food or nutritious value but speaking of quality of food and taste, these thing are unfortunately inacceptable. 5. The hospital fees are too much exaggerated and better service can be received with lower cost.

1-Bad service. 2- Doctor's are not caring for patients. 3- public relations good but without any act . 4- too long time for preparation of any medical treatment & reports 5- in general they got a good repetition without deserving it.

The worest hospital ever, they don't have the minimum health or hygiene precautions. Unfriendly staff, they treat patient like slaves. There is no enough places to set, every single visit is horrible. Nurses are not wearing facemasks shouting and yelling at patients not considering any situation. Every 5 minutes a terrible fight and loud argue take place due to unprofessional management, organization or follow up. If you have any chance, go somewhere else please. You will wait for minimum 2 hours، either standing in an lousy air condition inside or they will seat u outdoor in this horrible weather and that is their idea about organization.

My experience in this hospital has been very good. It is a good facility for Egyptian standards. I have seen a lot of expats, Europeans, Canadians, Chinese etc complaining they do not speak English or are poorly trained.. owing to the fact that you are in Egypt perhaps you should all learn some Arabic? It is the same expectation that you would have going to a hospital in Canada or China and expecting someone to speak Arabic. People working there are trying their best and I really praise them for their efforts.

The place is very crowded, have to wait for hours to see your physician if he shows up, last time we waited for two hours then simply they told us that his excellency is not coming and we can wait for another three hours to see another one but we will be on a waiting list.
