Worst customer service ever!! Be ready to wait at least 2 hours for your medical examination, they told me that the Lazik operation will be held on Wednesday and after going they told me we are sorry it is been canceled, without even calling me and letting me know beforehand!! They should change their routine and respect their patients more.

Lack of respect interms of timing and dealing with patients Although Dr wael who made for me the operation is asmart doctor regarding his work but as for his dates and timing is totally bad as confirm with you the follow up time 16:00but he comes 18:00 and when he tells you to come at 18:00 he didn't come at all Although there is a lack of communication between reception and doctors; when i tell the receptionist that i have meeting with the doctor, she replis "oh really "as if she doesn't know and even doesn't know if the doctor will come or not and her relpies are slowly and with few words as if doesn't wanna speak with you and even didn't smile at all especially one called Heba and Menna but to be frank there is also good ones like Ahmed who i think is working as a nurse he is very smiley, helpful and also there is aveiled girl i think called sara she made for me the medical check for my eyes before doing the operation and and after doing it and before the follow up with the doctor she is also smiley and helpful and do the extra mile for you not lile the reccptionists who most of the time speak loudly laughing and very carelss for the patients

Worst customer service ever and I was literally just asking for directions cuz I couldn’t reach the hospital

Worst eye examination, which is very simple thing after waiting and meeting the doctor I got my prescription and measurements then I went to optics shop to get my glasses and it was INCORRECT! They were the reason I lost almost 2000 in my new lenses because they didn't do their job right.

Well educated .... excellent professor ...have many fruitful contributions in his work
