    مدينة وادي النطرون من الأراضي الزراعية حيث أنها تخرج محاصيل خضروات وفاكهة من أكثر مراكز الجمهورية انتاجا.كما أنها مزار سياحي للاخوة الأقباط خط العائلة المقدسة ولكنها مهملة جدا لايوجد بها مستشفيات ولامراكز صحة والطرق سيئة إلا حد ما
