Crowded branch but, their staff was nice and good at making drinks!

Just ordered 5 chocolate fraps. The cashier dial it wrong as mocha frapp. and the barista argued with me and said he is not going to repeat the order and he is not going to spread chocolate on the top. So he was lier because at the beginning said those are chocolate frapps. and also very rude. I was hoping there was a manager at this location. Don't recommend this location at all.

Best view for Starbucks location in town!

I really like this Starbucks. The open air seating area is big and in pleasant surroundings. It's nice to come in the morning and enjoy some sun (with ample shade of needed) or to go in the evening. The one comment I have is that, unlike other Starbucks, the staff is not very friendly. They do not try to help as was my experience in other Starbucks. That wouldn't deter me from coming again though.

Good service as usual. Staff is very helpful and kind. Food is fresh with great diversity of delicious sandwiches and great drinks. Open for long time. Family friendly place. You can start your day with a good breakfast or enjoy a midday sun coffee. Recommended. You can also grab coffee beans or buy a city mug for your daily cup

Very nice place and very nice atmosphere, the outdoor tables setting is really nice and you can enjoy your morning coffee with amazing view. A really nice place to visit. The coffee itself is really nice, and the staff is very friendly. I definitely enjoyed it. The pictures don't represent how good it was, but gives u a hint.

The location is very good and the open air area is very nice and their cookies are delicious. The staff are very nice. The only downside is that the coffee itself in all Starbucks stores in Egypt is very low quality and it doesn’t taste as good as it used to taste like.

It's very nice for morning coffee, when you sit on the outdoor view on the lake.

this is when my best moment of my life started, as I took a sip, I entered the world of Starbucks lovers. 1st. I really love the open air seating. 2nd. Amazing staff. Only downside that it’s get crowded so fast. But amazing experience

I ordered white mocka frap, and they said they were out of it, then I decided to have mocka frap cold . The item I did not like the chocolate cake which has bad taste maybe over stored or been there for long time .

I’m obsessed with the mini cookies The mini brownies are dry The white mocha is my favorite drink and I enjoy the toffee nut latte around Christmas time

One that happens to be conveniently located, well pretty much everywhere. It’s easier to drag yourself to work on the morning when you treat yourself to your favorite latte on the way.

Coffee of the highest standard I choose something different from the menu every time. It's a good place for diet and unhealthy for different types of people. It's location is unique for families and individuals. However, this branch has no wi-fi, so I couldn't work on line today.
