Bad experience..bad coffee..bad management..non friendly staff..shesha served in closed conditioned location is never acceptable. Not recommended

Bumped into this place by chance while roaming in the avenue. Food was surprisingly really good, tasty, well cooked. Prices are OK. Service need to be reviewed, they brought us the wrong plates, then the waiter got lost in the order. Tip: there is a second floor, quieter than the first floor, stairs are on the left

Food took over 30 minutes to be ready. Food quality was not bad not worth the money though. Steak was stale and hard to cut. Food lacked salt and pepper. However, the waiter was entitled not to give back change and allow me to tip him.

North coast branch is really bad. We tried the molten cake which was stale and very bad dry cake with no chocolate inside. We tried cheese madness which was an unusual vanilla and chocolate ice cream with biscuit and strawberry sauce..wasn't nice at all. We also tried avocado honey nuts which was lame tasting and very week. Overall a really bad experience

The place is quite small & they allow smoke & offer SHISHA which disturbing non smoking They have 2 floors & they can make the upper floor for smokers I kept a message with the manager Please take an action !!

Every mouthful is special! The Sahlab is a must-try. A lot of love and care goes into making their food and drinks. Welcoming service, comfortable chairs and English printed on their menus. This was like our second home when visiting Cairo😊 Boçarest Black is on their signs in English.

Nice & calm cafe in Zamalek

I had a booking for 10 persons,came on time and found a table for 4 only, and as we weren't coming together we sat but with every new one coming there was a hassle to get a table and chairs to complete a seating for 10 persons that was already requested, Music was so loud we weren't hearing each other , while ordering the waiter wasn't hearing us and kept requesting to lower it but it never lasts more than 10 mins so we requested again and again Regarding the birthday desert and song it was catastrophic, i aligned everything woth the waiter so the birthday guy gets surprised, I don't know if he wasn't listening or didn't understand but he came with the desert silently while it should have had a birthday song and a candle so i had to repeat everything again,ask him to take it back then re bring it with a candle and a birthday song as requested 3 times earlier and all that infornt of the birthday guy I don't know this is in all your branches, but this is almaza park and never to recommend it or do it again

Lovely place ❤️but please change the music your whole playlist is Amr Diab. Not everyone like to listen to one singer the whole time you know 😃

Worst restaurant we have been too, lack of experience in customer service, food is awful, 3 of us had stomach upset after having lunch there, we wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all.

Television is loud, they try and pressure to drink something even if you ordered anything else. Bad experience overall

First of all, I thought it was basic that smoking shouldn't be allowed in closed spaces but clearly, that's not the case with this restaurant! Very odd! Secondly, why would you *randomly* serve us a bottle of water and open it (when clearly no one asked)? That's such a cheap strategy.. For the food, it wasn't bad but it was very oily.

Rude and scamming behavior, food is bad , they will charge you for orders you didn’t ask for and try to scam you in check.

Crowded with load music and TV sound. Service needs improvement. Location is very good.

The food was not so special but ok, the Shisha was acceptable, the overall environment is just great with their musics selection

Pleasant place in Zamalek especially for the crowd that loves watching football matches. Pros: -Big displays -the staff especially who worked on shisha -decent coffee Cons: -they don't segregate smoking and non-smoking sections. This results in odd encounters with nonsmokers clearly irritated -they insist on charging for water that we did not order which is sadly becoming a trend in Cairo -A bit pricey but its expected in this area

It's good Cafe perfect location very good shisha special the shisha Men but but the food very cold and the supervisor not professional at all I told him that there's a mistake at the check because they added two bottles of water and I got only one but he doesn't show any reaction or any reason felt like he did not accept any opinions Plus there's no one did quality check It's good place but unfortunately bad bad service and attitude

Noisy and orders take forever to be served I felt like the whole staff stood right over my head, the zamalek branch is tiny and I wouldn't recommend it if you wanna have a quite conversation

The drinks are ok as a quality, but the mode inside is no way complay with zamalak area

Coffee was amazing, I had a flat white. Fairly expensive for the area but service was really good and it has a nice 2nd floor.

Ordered taco salad was beyond disgusting , big chunks of avocado with pieces of skin on it & black streaks , tastless salad with no dressing , smelly chicken that almost made me nauseous, asked for extra sauce and I just got a small plate with runny mustard . Caramel frappucino was too sweet to drink , came late after asking thrice for it although looked presentable . Visa was not working . Maadi cornich branch 🤢

A month later, we visited again and the same waiter told us that we paid the wrong bill on our previous visit although we stayed at the restaurant for a long time AFTER we’ve already paid. He told us that he was in a bad place but as an establishment you can’t mess up an order and then tell the customer a month later that it’s their fault in front of other customers when it was actually the waiter’s fault.

I have ordered a coffee and a mojito, the coffee was so bitter and tasted like soil, the mojito wasn’t that good at all. Regarding the atmosphere it is so crowded and not a suitable place at all neither for calming and studying nor working, in addition, needy children keep bothering you from behind the glasses. Comes to service, the staff didn’t inform me that ordering WATER is a must and they said to just “open a table” you are forced to pay for an expensive bottle of water even if you ordered another drinks and/or food.

The pizza dough was the worst one I’ve ever had. The staff charged me with +23 pounds for a water ( I DIDNT ORDER) and they forced me to pay it even tho i didnt drink it. Obv i didnt pay for it. One if the staff kept coming every two seconds asking us to take our glasses and plates even tho we still haven’t finished eating/drinking. I used to be a regular visitor to this cafe but this’s my last time coming here.
