Sunset was fast approaching so we decided to eat at the Studio Masr restaurant, located on a small (within the park) and offers a stunning view of almost the entire park. The quality of food here was fantastic, very cheap in price but delicious. Tried the chicken broth soup, the starter platter with several small dishes to try from and the studio masr mixed grill, which was filling. Could make out the pyramids in the distance and when the call to prayer sounded, it made for a beautiful and unforgettable evening. Customer service was slow but the manager came out and helped to speed things up. Great place for tourists, couples and families.

I recently visited Studio Misr restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was not great. It took almost 30 minutes to find me a table however, I was provided with a seat with the best view in the end which I appreciate. Firstly, the service was very slow and inattentive. Our server seemed to be disinterested in assisting us with our order and did not check on us regularly throughout the meal. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and during that time, no one followed up to let us know how long the food would take. Secondly, the food was not up to par. My dish lacked flavor, and as other diners have noted, not everything on the menu was available in the restaurant. Additionally, the portion size was quite small for the premium price we paid. Thirdly, kunafe was terrible and not premium whatsoever. It felt like it was picked up from the supermarket as it was super hard. Finally, It took so long for the bill to arrive. I then went up to try pay but was turned away and told to wait for the waiter to arrive. Overall, I would not recommend Studio Misr restaurant based on my experience unless you are here for a shake / tea or coffee to enjoy the view. I do not think this restaurant deserves to be in this beautiful location. I arrived around 4.15PM and left around 6.30PM. The slow service, poor quality of food, and lack of communication from staff left a lot to be desired.
