CAREFUL!
This
hotel
DOES
NOT
come
close
to
the
standard
of
a
four
star
hotel!!!
You
pay
for
4
star
but
you
get
not
even
2
star!!
-
It
started
with
a
message
from
the
property
saying
there
was
a
problem
with
our
credit
card
after
it
had
already
been
paid
for
which
added
stress
at
the
start
of
our
holiday.
It
was
their
mistake
and
it
had
indeed
been
charged.
-
The
hotel
seem
to
be
overstaffed
with
many
members
of
staff
sitting
together
having
a
chat
or
smoking
together.
However
did
not
use
the
staff
effectively
to
at
least
the
bare
minimums
of
cleaning
our
table
when
we
sat
for
breakfast
having
to
eat
with
food
remains
and
ash
from
cigarettes
spread
all
over
the
table
or
providing
towels
to
our
room
after
servicing
it.
-
Breakfast
needs
serious
improvement
and
unfortunately
we
had
to
delay
our
tour
on
the
first
day
because
we
waited
for
a
long
time
for
our
breakfast
to
be
served
on
the
first
day.
-
Rooms
are
dirty
with
grime
in
the
sink,
dirty
walls,
poor
maintenance
on
furniture
and
facilities.
-
Most
members
of
staff
are
not
prepared
to
deal
with
international
tourists
as
they
are
not
able
to
communicate
in
English
to
the
bare
minimums.
(
Exception
to
this
are
a
couple
of
young
members
of
staff
who
were
polite
and
made
an
effort
to
understand)
-
Some
unacceptable
unprofessionalism
was
shown
when
we
had
a
member
of
staff
knocking
at
our
door
past
midnight
while
we
were
sleeping
asking
for
money
using
gestures
and
would
not
be
happy
when
sent
away.
In
summary,
I
would
not
recommend
this
hotel
at
all.
Everything
seemed
a
big
deal
to
some
members
of
staff.
Excess
of
people
working
there
but
no
service
provide
to
standards
expected,
good
reviews
seem
a
joke
to
me.
On
the
other
hand,
a
very
polite
English
speaking
young
boy.
