recently
had
a
very
positive
experience
with
a
hospital
in
Cairo,
Egypt
while
my
brother
underwent
a
hip
replacement
surgery.
As
a
Canadian
resident,
it
was
my
first
time
dealing
with
a
hospital
in
Egypt,
and
I
must
say
that
I
was
thoroughly
impressed
with
the
level
of
care
and
professionalism
I
received.
Firstly,
the
hospital
itself
was
immaculately
clean,
which
gave
me
a
sense
of
comfort
and
ease
knowing
that
my
brother
was
in
a
safe
and
hygienic
environment.
The
staff
and
security
personnel
were
extremely
friendly,
polite,
and
helpful
throughout
our
stay.
They
went
above
and
beyond
to
ensure
that
my
brother
and
I
were
comfortable
and
well-informed
about
the
entire
process.
The
hospital
rooms
were
also
impressive.
They
were
new,
clean,
and
equipped
with
great
amenities
that
made
our
stay
more
comfortable.
The
nurses
were
very
friendly
and
active,
ensuring
that
my
brother
was
well
taken
care
of
throughout
his
recovery.
One
thing
that
stood
out
to
me
was
how
professional
and
polite
the
security
personnel
were.
They
reminded
us
of
the
ending
visit
time
and
kindly
asked
us
to
leave
the
hospital
premises,
ensuring
that
everything
was
in
order
without
being
intrusive.
Overall,
despite
the
difficult
circumstances
surrounding
my
brother's
surgery,
my
experience
with
the
hospital
was
amazing.
I
would
like
to

the
staff
for
their
exceptional
care
and
dedication
to
their
patients.
