Tummy filling food! We had the seafood medley in honey garlic and the crispy tadyang. The food tasted great and service was fast. You just know that Pamana is a well experienced in the restaurant business. Our server was also extra attentive. He offered to move us to a different table when he noticed that we didnt like the loud group beside us. Salamat kuya. We will surely be back to try the other dishes soon.

This is the best Filipino restaurant I have ever been to. The cook is Godlike, a super human. The staff super friendly and professional. Location beautiful, interior historical and classy. The food is cooked and served better than You can imagine. Even the water there tastes better than anywhere else. And prices are too low for such luxury quality. This restaurant is a lifetime expierence. When I left Pamana restaurant I felt like leaving paradise. 6 stars out of 5. Salamat Po! :*

Went here for dinner with wifey. Ordered bulalo and crispy tawilis. Bulalo meat was really soft and tender. It doesn't need any other condiments since it tastes good as it is. Tawilis was also tasty and crispy. After that, we ordered their Tsokolate Eh batirol and Churros waffle fingers. It was a good way to finish off the dinner.

The crispy squid in black ink os definitely a must try. 👍 Service is great. Parking is good for 4 cars only. Located along the busy road ao it might be advisable to go there during weekdays at Lunch time.

We got the roof deck seats. It was relaxing and cozy to see Taal Lake. We all went back to our hotels fully satisfied. We had the bulalo, seafood paella and grill platter, and I cannot decide which is my favorite. I need to mention their public comfort room is clean and nicely decorated. It also felt homy to see photos of the Ongpauco family at the 2nd floor.

I like the place. It’s a bit different from all the other restaurants. Came here because of the great reviews and my expectation was really high and I ended up very disappointed. The food was mediocre. We originally ordered the traditional kare kare, sizzling bulalo and lumpia. The karekare wasnt available so we had adobo trio instead... It was nothing special. I was expecting it to be a bit homey, considering the ambiance and the name of the place... it felt like fast food... like the food youd get in a generic filipino restos like Gerrys... not saying that is bad but like what ive said, my expectation was a bit high for Pamana.

Food is really good and price is on the mid to upper range (500/pax). There are a lot of choices too. We were seated on the 3rd floor, kinda Al fresco. It was ok if not for the sewage scent in the air. Also the area was not set-up as good as on the lower floors. A nice surprise was the beautiful plates for sale at the ground floor.

✅️ Prices are good for the big servings and quality ✅️waiting time is quite long/Parking is always full. In our case the lines are fast moving tho. ✅️All foods were great just be careful with your order. Most of the foods are oily tho 😆 BEST: baby black pusit!! Other recos: bagoong rice/bagnet They really have big servings. they mentioned rice is just for 2 but to our opinion it's for 4 persons! lol

Highly recommended dining experience. Traditional Filipino food with a fresh vibe. Service is good. You would have to climb a flight or two of stairs depending on where you are seated. Definitely a family place where you could have those conversations over lunch or dinner. Reservations recommended as the place is often full. And try to be seated at tables with a view of Taal lake and volcano. Parking available at the front. Hidden parking at the back.

(Translated by Google) There is a parking lot in front of and behind the restaurant, and there is an exclusive turf garden and special dining table behind the restaurant. The scenery is very beautiful and the meals are of a certain standard. Maybe everyone's tastes are not the same, but there are many choices of meals, which should basically satisfy all customers It is highly recommended to try with the whole family (Original)

I love the adobo rice! It's a must have when in Pamana! There is a lot of good options in the menu, which is mostly hand-me-down recipes from generations (hence, Pamana). Food is reasonably priced considering it's good for 2 to 3 pax.

Offers tasty food and enough choices of filipino dishes, nice ambiance while overlooking the taal volcano view is a plus to make a superb dining experience. You will not hesitate to come back.

Sumptuous Filipino food, perfect for family or group dining. The upper floors have a relaxing view of Taal Lake. The whole restaurant is decorated with old family pictures, antique items, or at least items from the 70s. The ambience brings a nostalgic feeling, making you want to stay for a whole afternoon.

Parking can be challenging, especially during rush hour and meal times. It wasn't for us though since there were not so many customers during lunch. The food was savoury. Their bulalo is recommendable. Also, there is a place for al fresco dining, with a view of the taal lake. Lastly, tablewares and sets are for sale there too.

We had our Pre-Christmas Lunch here and we really enjoyed everything! Im not going to mention my orders one by one so please see attached videos for your reference. As I said, everything was perf especially their special black calamari and aligue rice. The service was really sweet. Anton(io), our very charming server that time was so friendly and helpful. He made sure that we are enjoying each and every dish that we were having. If you want to experience the peaceful vibes of the place, come as early as possible or don't come during rush hour, try to go in between so you can avoid the crowd. They offer a very huge variety of filipino favorites from savory to sweets, oh btw, speaking of sweets. I posted a review about Tsokolateria too. Will definitely come back again!

Everything about this restaurant is superb! ❤️ i guess the reviews I've read never lies. We went here last April 13, it was my mom's birthday. First, the restaurant is near Olivarez / Rotonda. It was raining that time. I felt kind of down because my original plan is to walk from our condo up to here, but when we arrived, the staff was nice. I was kind of nervous as well because it was my first time to bring my mom in this kind of restaurant 😂 lol Ambience inside was great, very classy and like a traditional Filipino house. The staff greeted us with a smile despite the rainy weather. One thing that I wasn't expecting is that they don't have any pastries here, so I had to order through Foodpanda and have it delivered there. Lol The good thing is that unlike other restaurants that have corkage fees if you bring food. Here? They don't which is why I'm so relieved. The food we ordered was just good for four persons. We had their bangus belly & tofu sisig, w/c 10/10 so tasty and generous serving and Original Kare-kare 10/10. When we didn't consume everything, we politely ask the server to put it in a take home bag, w/c they gave us bagoong for free 😂 Also, the kind staff 'Kuya JC' gave us free bulalo soup too ❤️ Now, this is what I like the most about our experience in Pamana, the cake had arrived, and politely ask Kuya JC for a lighter so we can sing my mom a birthday song lol. Instead of giving us the lighter, he then went inside and we were shook because he changed the whole restos music into a Happy birthday song. All of the staff sing along with us, some of them are dancing and greeting my mom 🥹. My heart is so full that time, it wasn't part of my plan on her birthday but thank you so much for making my mom's birthday so special, Pamana ❤️ Kudos to all of your staff! We will surely dine here again ❤️

One of our go-to restaurants whenever we’re in Tagaytay. They offer legit and affordable Filipino food like sisig, cebu lechon belly, aligue rice etc. They also serve authentic batirol from Tsokolateria

Expect to wait a few minutes especially on rush hours. We waited about 15mins before we were given seats, and almost an hour after ordering. I’m not sure why it took them that long to serve bulalo. Too bad we didn’t order the specialty chocolate. Food is okay I think! Crispy calamares/squid is a must-try! There’s also a nice view outside.

The food is not as good as expected. Lapu Lapu Fish is not fresh, tawilis is very small. Portions are quite small too. Saving dish was the crispy liempo Place is instagramable but not senior friendly.

We have been coming here for years. Food is always good and fresh. There is a lovely view of the lake. It's one of the better reasons to go to Tagaytay. Always recommended for family gatherings. You will not regret coming to this place. 5 stars

I come back every time I visit the Philippines. It's still (mostly) very consistent. The only miss was that the bulalo was a little salty during our visit. Otherwise, great all around. One non food related issue is that their parking space is very small, and there's a need to double park at the front of the restaurant.

Who wants a view and fresh air while eating lunch? 🙋‍♀️😂 This place reminded me about my grandmother's old house. Antique furniture, dark wood chairs&tables, plants everywhere and cold breeze. The food is fantastic and worth the price. Must try here at Lunch and Mornings. Dinner is okay as well but the wind on the 3rd floor is freezing and strong that makes your hair slap you face. Hahahaha RECOMMENDED for Families and Couples 😍

I've only tasted this honey glazed kinda pork humba here. It is the bomb! Rice can't even match it's heavenness. Must try? DEFINITELY! their version of kare-kare isn't too far behind too. Go get them all! Btw, when you dine at the roof top, make sure you're well dressed unless you can bare the cold breeze + overlooking the taal lake. 😉

Yesterday me and my friends went there, we ordered karekare and it was deliciously cooked with laman and tuwalya then i found a hair strand, the waiter was good and very polite they changed and gave us new but we noticed they put all ‘’taba’’ without even single piece of tuwalya ng baka. 😞 so disappointed.

First time to Panama, excellent experience. Ordered the bulalo, really the best I ever tried. Then crispy pusit (baby squids) simply fantastic. The laing were delicious, with sea food. The bangus relleno was not particularly exciting. The halo halo was the best I had recently. The place is also nice, with 2 terraces overlooking the lake. Decorations are nice. Service attentive and kind. Price is proportionate. A sure come back.

Normally am not a fan of Filipino food , not because I don't like it. Infact Filipino food is healthy and delicious if done right. It's just that most we try are either too sweet , sour or salty! But when I tried it here, I felt something different. It was good as if it's not your usual Filipino Cuisine rather a plethora of flavors locally distinct yet unfamiliar and amazing. It's just right , not too sweet , sour nor salty enough for you to enjoy. A bonus is that majestic view of Taal Lake and volcano thou better do that while in day light to appreciate that view and fresh air.
