The resort is very nice and cozy. Although some pools aren't being used, they still have a lot of pools with some being heated, and others having naturally hot. They serve breakfast in a buffet style during our stay. The staff were very attentive to refills. Their restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. Some food on their menu might be pricey at first glance but their portions are significantly large. Our room was clean although they should check their plumbing because their sewage reeks out from the drains.

Lots of hot pools to choose with different temp. There are two restaurant with reasonable prices to choose, the grill and a korean resto. Rooms are great also, with ref, water heater, comforter, and hot shower. Greats ambiance surrounded by mountains and trees. Staffs are approachable Cottages available anywhere near pools Parking space is large and secured A bit pricey if day tour. I suggest to stay overnight and grab their spa treatments.

At first we liked this place, it is very beautiful and there are hot springs, but then starting from checkin things turned downhill, the day pass charge was so high (1500 PHP), the food price does not include VAT, all snack stands up charge additional compared to the restaurant, no food allowed inside at all (somewhat expected). Then several of the pools were dirty or only available for special events, there is a center hot springs area with no signage that my child slipped and fell into and burned his legs, the room was extremely sparse and the bed seemed like it was just old box springs. And the kicker in the morning is that the β€œfree” breakfast was the cheapest possible three options for Filipinos and Americans (e.g. fried egg and hotdog) that would maybe cost 100 PHP outside, but the offering only in Korean is a much nicer meal option but that is never mentioned no matter how many times we asked (β€œonly three options, ma’am”) until we pointed at other peoples food and they said that was only offered to Koreans. The room cost 7,800 PHP per night for a family room and this is all they can do for us? So if you want to be racially discriminated against at a resort this is the place for you!

Stayed for one night with family PROS: - hot water straight from the mountain - friendly and accommodating staff - beautiful outdoor environment CONS: - bed sheets, pillows and towels were all stained and had holes in all of them. Need to get the sheets replaced - all pools were filthy and need maintenance. Molds were floating and a lot of black gunk in the pools. Also swam with goggles and saw the inside of it. BIG MISTAKE. Made it uncomfortable to swim or use hot tub as it was so filthy For the price paid, wouldn’t recommend the resort unless the pool and rooms were properly cleaned and maintained

We ordered beef stone pot and Chae Jae for lunch. Food were pretty good here. We enjoyed soaking in the warm and hot tubs. The views of the mountain was amazing. Great place for family or group to spend all day here.

Took the 4in1 package (sauna, body scrub, full body massage and facial massage) for an hour and a half, the service was great. Room is clean. Resort is very accessible.

The place has great landscapes. A lot better than many of the usual resorts in Calamba. Their staff from the reception, to room attendants, gardeners and restaurant crew are all genuinely courteous and accommodating. In the 2 nights that we stayed, I never encountered any negative attitude from anyone. You can choose from pools of varied tempretaures (hot, warm, cold).

Honestly this place would be outrageously bad if it wasn't for the view, my room toilet shower had earthworms on every side of the wall, I couldn't even bathe in peace, the toilet window for some reason isn't covered? People walking past can literally see you and your entire toilet so I couldn't even let my guard down even in the toilet. The hot springs were so damn dirty they have no filters, they simply use a net to catch the residue that can be seen by the eye. I have no idea why but they were blasting heavy bass so loud in the middle of the night until at least 3am, the blanket they gave for the bunk bed was basically a freaking thin towel that couldn't even cover my entire body, one of the worst stays I ever had, the fact that I couldn't even sleep much in this resort said alot. This place is absolutely atrocious, the only good things would be the view and service. So if you're thinking of coming here, think again.

The room we booked is the Nipa Hut. It's the only room that is separated to everything and is located at the top of the resort. Although it's located at the top, the view is obstructed by trees so you won't see resort below but still the view is great from the room. The room has a porch where you can relax and enjoy the view. The room has a big bathroom with 1 toilet and 2 shower area. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The beds are located at the second floor. The big pools are quite distant but there is a small very hot pool nearby. The resort is quite big with a lot of pools and a very large open green space. There's also a man made lake and a cold falls within the area. The first restaurant serves the breakfast. Breakfast is okay. We got plain rice, hotdogs, egg, bread, kimchi, salad, coffee. (not sure if the same everyday) Did not try to order different food. The other restaurant serves great food. Quite pricey but delicious and they serving is good for 2-3 persons. Overall stay is 4.8/5. Will come back again.

Went here to do an occular for our planned reunion. The place is just along the highway and very visible to anyone due to its long frontage. The place is obviously owned and managed by Koreans. The weather was bad due to ongoing Egay typhoon but we were able to enjoy the proposed venue due to one of their staff's tour of the facilities and providing to us all the relevant information we need.

Aesthetically nice gardens and cottages. The pools are mostly regular heated ones available in urban gyms or hotels. The hotspring mini pools are dirty, overly hot, and the temp is not controlled. The toilet, shower, and lockers are old, dirty, and not maintained. This is not a place for people looking for a hotspring resort with higher quality found in other Asian or European nations. Very expensive. It's a huge disappointment.

88 hot spring located in los banos laguna it took one and half hours drive from metro manila, I love to go to south because there is express way just go along edsa and turn left in Magallanes you can drive very smoothly, I was tired of the traffic in metro manila. Laguna is a place full of entertainment, if you want to have fun in amusement park, enchanted kingdom is the best choice, if you want to feel cool in the hot summer, you should go to splash island and if you want to see mountain view you should go to liliw, and if you want to go to staycation there are so many houses for rent with swimming pool here available. I tried the hot spring during a not very hot day, Its good. There are so many different choice of hot spring pool available here, and there are some chairs along the pool that you can relax. If you don’t like the hot spring there is a swimming pool with cold water available also. The package was 899 pesos per head included lunch buffet, if you want the Korean samgyusal you need to add up 500 pesos to enjoy the unlimited grilled pork. The place is very nice there is a grass place behind the pool area where you can relax and have picnic with your friends and families, the grass here is almost like the golf grass. And there is some rooms available for overnight.

I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the room. Room is outdated. Bathroom is outdated. Window is dirty. Kettle in the room is dirty. There is no phone in the room to call for room service. You have to walk to the front desk to voice out your concerns and needs. TV is not working properly. WiFi hardly works. Poor to no connection. The worst part is the bed. If you're tired from hiking or swimming, you will not get any rest because the bed is very springy. Bed is hard and you can feel all the string poking your back. Linens smell like they were not dried out properly. Nature is great. Customer service is great. People are courteous. If it wasn't for the room, I would have given this place an A+. This place is pricey. I wish they would fix the rooms better.

Lots of hot springs! Various temperatures up to 60-70 degrees Celsius. The main pools are well maintained and are nice and clean but the ones that are high and close to the main stream are neglected. For kids there are 2 slides to the main pool, and some greater ones but they were closed.

Went for an overnight stay. The place is beautiful and just walking in relaxes you immediately. The good: > Pools and the water are warm/hot (you choose which pool, there are many) and therapeutic. > Restaurant and food is above average IMO > Went for a Massage package - you should go for this, its fantastic and worth every penny. > Grass, plants, and vegetation everywhere - very nice The bad: > Had the Villa room. Although very nice outside, when you go in, its a different story. > The beds ! Both our beds where LUMPY and hard on the our backs. If not for sleeping pills sleep would be close to impossible. Same with the pillows. These need to be replaced. > Except for the refrigerator, all the furniture like cabinets and dressers are old, probably dates back to when the place opened. > Toilet bowl not very clean and shower curtain tattered. > Shower and sink faucets have a lot of buildup. Personnel need more resources to do a better cleaning job - or training ?

It's no expectation vs. reality. I can say that the place is very well-maintained. The ambiance is relaxing and the food is superb! My only concern is the shower area on the locker room. The locker area is nice however, the main shower cubicle does not have an actual door, only curtains. But generally speaking, it was an amazing experience.

The experience was great, the place was pleasing to the eye. Its huge, we enjoyed their pool with different temperatures. The korean food was yummy,on the pricey side so bring extra money for that. The accomodation was okay except for the bed. Too hard for me , my body ached the next day, maybe you can request at the reception for a better foam to put on top of their bed.

Personnel were all nice, very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The pool needs maintenance as the paint of the kiddie slide was dilapidated and the flooring of the pool have dirt marks. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing experience.

This place is haunted. Read Story Below... Over all, I had an Excellent Stay! This is the second time I visited. The grounds are well maintained, the food is excellent, the many pools are really enjoyable. Loved the new waterfall they installed, very tropical. The seafood restaurant was very good too, just a walk across a well maintained lawn, next to a small lake of water. The place we stayed in had issues with the plumbing and electrical, just run down and things broken were not fixed. This didn't really matter as most of the activity was down outside. True Ghost Story. The first time I stayed here with a priest and my family. The priest was sitting in his car after midnight praying when all of a sudden, he looked up and saw a transparent wet young woman wearing a white dress floating down the main path towards our building. The ghost had no feet, just the dress floating above the pathway. A few minutes later, I woke up feeling cold water on my bed. I got up and saw next to where I was laying, the bed was soaked with water. It was like someone dumped a small bucket of water. Funny thing, I never got wet. The water stayed next to me. My wife woke up and I explained what happened. At the time we didn't know it was a ghost. Just then, the lights on the porch went out. We both heard the switch flipping, but no one was there. Later in the late morning, after telling the priest what happened, he explained to me what he saw... a transparent young wet woman wearing a white dress, floating above the path, moving towards our building, leaving a small water trail behind. I didn't experience anything out of the norm the second visit, but if you are looking to experience something supernatural, this is the place! Be certain to bring your ghost detection equipment, maybe you too may see this ghost walking the pathways or wake up next to a wet puddle on the bed.

Very pricey for the place. We had family day tour though but place is abit rundown. 1. Toilets is disaster. Plqce to wash handa is really dirty. 2. Shower room, lacks proper closure nor place to hang ur clothes. 3. Toilet bowls is okay. But still no proper lock. Pools are okay though.

The resort is along the highway which is very accessible if you are commuting. Our room is spacious for a standard size, complete with shower and bathroom. Toiletries and towels are already provided, so no need to bring your own. The staff are very accommodating. They even reserved a cottage for our dinner. They also accept advance orders. Unfortunately, lobster and crablets were not available during our stay, but we really enjoyed the garlic buttered crabs. There was also a live band. They have multiple hot spring pools to choose from which vary in size and temperature. Their overnight stay rate comes with a breakfast buffet, but with limited selection of food. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back soon.

Excellent resort. There is plenty to do if you want to relax. There are hot pools, cold pools, a cold waterfall, and massage spas. The dinner food is expensive, but the breakfast is free. Sometimes they have live music, and they always have karaoke.

We checked in Dec 31, 2021 and this was our 4th time. We noticed a lot of upgrades like more dipping pools and regular pools. We stayed at a bamboo suite and room is dated - TV was old crt and still no internet inside the room. Floor mat had lots of hair and there was a pack of cigarette obviously left behind by previous guests. I hope they clean the room thoroughly considering the pandemic we have. Some of the cleaning staff were not wearing mask while cleaning rooms. The food is also not that good. I heard there was a change of management so that's probably why. On a positive note, the staff are all nice.

Beautiful and nice hot spring resort. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They found a room for me, even though it was fully booked. Sadly the water of the shower in the room was icecold and not possible for me to use. The staff told me on the next visit we will have a good room with hot shower. 1 star reduction because of the cold water in shower which really affected our stay and also because food delivery was blocked at the parking entrance which was a 10 minutes walk from my room as the resort is very big.

Place is very relaxing, good for nature lovers! It may be overpriced for those who want to travel in groups but it's perfect for 2pax-5pax who want to stay in. Food may also be overpriced but it's definitely worth it. The beef rib fingers are a must try.

If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing place I think you should consider this place. And if you want to have a comfortable sleep you must get your room upgraded. We're family of 4 and we stayed at Executive Suite Room 902 (I think) for 3D2N. No regrets on choosing this room coz it's spacious, clean, complete amenities, with free wifi, a very soft and comfortable bed etc. A wide glass window overlooking the pool and greeny landscape is so pleasant to the eyes especially in the morning. Their staff is kind and polite. But their food is quite pricey, maybe because it's a Korean owned resort and maybe they based on foreign currency. They also cater Filipino dishes, their pork sinigang and pancit canton is a must try and also, you should try their mozzarella corn dog and fries (we enjoyed it much!) We also tried their samgyupsal, hindi po siya unlimited hehe that's why on our 2nd night we go to Pansol at Koirean Resto and enjoyed our unlimited samgyupsal. Lastly, hope they improve their breakfast, it's plated and there's only 3 choices maybe next time they should add more in their menu. That's all. Happy and satisfied guest. Thank you 88 Spa we'll definitely go back and enjoy πŸ˜‰

The place is spectacular. However there were a number of things that disappointed me. 1. Service - poor. The staff are not that friendly, they wont entertain you much if you are a Filipino. Also, it took us 30 minutes before we were not able to enter our room because of a late checkout by the outgoing guest. The recep should be strict about check in and check out time. 2. Mattress - poor quality, extra hard 3. Pillow - cheap quality 4. Resto - expensive, food is so so 5. Weak shower Good points 1. Pet friendly 2. Eating is not allowed inside the room (however, we saw leftover kimchi from the previous guest) 3. Intagrammable 4. Good for nature lovers

From our place at las piΓ±as i can consider that this place is so near to us and so much fun and absolutely gives a bang for your buck. Rooms are so nice and neat water is absolutely fantastic so rejuvinating authentic hot spring in laguna. Love it. Kids love it, adults adore it. πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

The place has a vast place so its never crowded, but maybe due to the pandemic, maintenance seems to be off. The wood in the cottages, seats, and room are old, needs fixing, and smelly.

I think this is the best resort in Laguna area. This place is a paradise! So beautiful and solemn. Perfect place to relax! The place itself pa lang gave so much positive energy to me how much more if you dip in one of their warm pools!

Rooms: Clean, but no toiletries, no blanket but with AC. Service: The caretakers provides all we need before leaving us. Location: Accessible. Price: On budget most specially if you will go as a team or for family gathering.

A good way to relax your muscles here, hot spring pools are yours to enjoy. We stayed overnight during weekdays to avoid crowds, which was a good idea as the resort wasnt too busy. Rooms are spacious but basic, albeit you have everything that you will need. Breakfast was also good, filling/satisfying.

This is the second time I've come here, let's talk about my feelings straight to the point. Advantages: 1. The location is superior and easy to find. 4 stars. 2. It’s full of details of the outdoor landscape, and the view is worth 5 stars. Needs to improve: 1. The hotel room facilities are outdated and damaged. And cleaning job not doing good. This is the second time I have stayed here, but I still haven't seen any improvement. The room I stayed in before had bloodshot and dried snot, and the bathroom sink in the room I stayed in this time was even broken. It reflects poorly room manage. 1 star for room. 2. The restaurant experience is not good, the food is average, and the attitude of some waiters is not worth the 12% service charge. 2 stars.

Beds bases without mattress ??? No pets ??? People walking about with dogs even in dining area pretty disgusting. Dogs at the pool. Dogs barking at people. Where do they poop. How many dogs lay on the bed before me ? Stray cats not removed. Chasing them out of the room. All in all nice place spoilt by lack of sleep on hard lumpy bed base Dogs and cats sniffing around my belongings. Must attend office to renew cabin key each day ????? Apparently unable to program more than 1 day at a time eh? Cant enjoy time when you cant sleep.. Dissapointing they dont enforce basic rules.. "Could"" have been great 😫πŸ₯±πŸ˜

This resort is operated by a Korean owner, so expect some Korean touch in the resorts. The restaurant serves mostly Korean food but some popular Filipino food is also in the menu. Stayed here for overnight on a weekday. The place is huge, lots of swimming pools with varying temperatures. Well maintained and clean ground, beautiful garden and grass all over the place. There is a pond, a vegetable garden, and a cold shower water falls. Room is okay, there is a ref with sodas and water, a lcd tv with cable, an electric water kettle, an ac, tables with chair and the beds with somewhat hard cushion . The water in the faucet is already warm so no cold/ hot shower. No outside food is allowed except for water/drinks, snacks and pastries. Free breakfast is limited to 3 choices: hotdog, corned beef and pork bulgogi, served with an egg, white rice and coffee. Although a bit pricey, I still recommend it and definitely will come back again.

Everything is good except the food! Don't order food from the restaurant if possible. There was a fly in the food and the management didn't care. Charged is for extra refill of kimchi. Super dry rice costs 60 pesos per cup.

Experienced a day tour of the resort. Spacious and well-maintained grounds. They provide lockers for you to stow your belongings. There are several pools which you can try - some with hot water to immerse yourselves in. The bigger pools are a hit with the kids. Food is also available and they provide both Filipino and Korean cuisine to choose from. Snacks are also offered with a mini-bar as well.

It was good place to stay quiet from the city life. But the room is outdated (the tv, the mattress, aircon is not cool enough). Also the chlorine in the pool was so heavy.

Exorbitantly overpriced for a place, where you can't really relax. Built directly at the main road you'll hear the noisy traffic like you're chilling right next to the road. Loud videoke will keep you up guaranteed. Good if you wanna make party with your friends, bad if you just wanna relax.
