Entrance was 80php . But cottage rental is mandatory for 650php . Even if I was only there for 1hr. . The slides weren't even open . Not worth the trip ..

It was an awesome stay! An overlooking view of Mt. Makiling. 24 hrs access to warm spring water with water slides. There are swimming pool for kids and adults, ranging from 2 ft - 5 ft. They drain their pool daily. They have 24/7 security. There's a plenty of parking space. Their room was nice and clean. The room rates were very reasonable and affordable. There was a basketball court, a table tennis place, a billiards area and a conference area which has a certain rate. I love that their crew were very hospitable. Their customer service was exceptional. My wife and I already left the place but due to certain things happened, we needed to call travelbook.ph via landline for our next place to stay. We decided to go back to Monte Vista and asked if we can use their phone. Their customer service didn't hesitate to grant our request and assisted us to complete our phone transaction. This is just like usual private hot spring resort. One thing i liked it from this resort is neat and clean. Their design is just like usual private pool and you will just feel at home 😇. Over all I just love it because of having 3 shower room and 2 comfort room.

Several pools with hot water. There are pools for kids and children, for families, for a large group of people. There are rooms for rent to stay overnight or several days. It has picnic tables, a function hall, a recreation area. Decent clean resort. There is corkage for drinks, however, drinks are available from the bar. Service is good with polite employees.

We used to come here for many years as kids 20 years ago. It was a wonderful place, very clean, the water was changed regularly. But it definitely deteriorated over the years and is no longer as clean.

It's been operating 30+decades already, it's been maintained and still a good spot for barkadas upto company outings.

There's not many people swimming when we arrive which is good and there is a 20% promo per head count. The downside is the water is only warm in 1 pool others are not. Maybe because it's raining that day.

The place is within the main road and near to malls and food eatablishments. The staff is hospitable and polite. The food is good but the door of the rooms is not well secured. overall the resort is very nice.

Clean rooms with free and complete toiletries but walls are not soundproof. Service is great. The location is very good as it is located along the main road. Also there are warm pools and cold ones.

GREAT ROOMS ! I LOVE THEIR POOLS AND SLIDES.. They have Huge public pool , kiddie pool and 7-8 foot adult swimming pool. They also have performers on stage in fornt of their public pool so you can listen and jam while swimming.

Very accommodating since we are the only big no. of guests in here. Everyone is always greeting you whenever, wherever but just seems "pilit" at times. 😅 But still can be improved later on. The place is nice, clean and big. But the slides area are closed. The water at our accommodation is warm which is good for me. Their beds and bathroom are commendable. There are more than 4 people in our room so the toilet and bath are in separate rooms.

This is a perfect venue for everything! Rooms are spacious, service and food is exquisite!

Alhough more pools but some has no waters maybe due to pandemic .Its has still hot water .

the resort staff is accomodating and nice. although the price is much expensive than other resort.

The resort was fine, if you will sleep pick the best suite not the lower ones because you will get you paid for. It is great if you will go morning because the hot water was refilled by morning don't go when it is night because the water was already contaminated by urine or other contaminants earlier by the people who already used it.

We went here twice last year for an overnight stay and its very crowded and the water feels so heavy its like im swimming on a very tight space. Maybe its better to go here in daytime than nighttime. but other than that its good here there are many pools available so you can swim where ever your cottage is near.

Their basketball court was unavailable since the early morning even though our group was there the entire daytime. They reasoned that they had no staff to do the clean up. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and helpful (apart from the court unavailability).

Checked out rooms here and they're clearly outdated. The bathrooms feel unsanitary and rooms don't look comfortable at all. Renovation is clearly lacking as the accommodation looks like it's straight out of the 70's. On the brighter side, the pools look somewhat clean.
