Service is very slow here.. This message is for the board of directors of this hospital.. We came around 11AM and its now 2:39PM and we are still waiting in ward for the COVID RTPCR tester.. I will not complain if I can see the staffs here busy but since they are not busy because I can hear their laughs and chit chats here as there.. come to think of it, we need to wait for at least 16 hours for the result before our baby is able to go the room.. Really want to take photos but I respect the rules here and the staff should respect US in return. SO PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE It turns out that we need to fill up something for the RTPCR to proceed and we got the notice after 2 and a half hours!!! I think the employees here do not care for their patients at all and its so sad.. Hope this review escalates to the owners and investors of this hospital..

A well-known private hospital in the City of Calamba close to the jeepney terminal and SM, with I think has enough parking space to accommodate their patients. Not sure though if the parking fee is 20 php (I forgot already). If you're from north, a bus from NCR with the signage "SM Calamba" has a route going to Mayapa that will also pass by Calamba Medical Center (CMC). The ones with "Sta. Cruz" signage won'tβ€”you'd have to get off at Walter Mart Crossing and walk to the destination. Regarding on their service, I can't tell since I have never been their patient.

I absolutely love the facility, but the rest are "mostly" stupid, lazy, and disrespectful. Kudos to nurses and attending doctors na nasa ER, sila yung mga pinaka-hands on sa CMC. Receptionists at ER entrance are ignorant. I and my wife came to an OB doctor, very unsatisfied. Stupid procedures as well during COVID - my wife was even charged for a PPE, but didn't receive any. Expensive and poor service. It's a cash-grab hospital. Nowadays, you can't even reach their OPD desk office hotline.

First of all, I would like to recommend Maxicare - CMC for assisting me all through out the process. They have very accomodating staff however they still need to improve their customer service. They have this person or a staff that keeps on having this kind of unprofessional attitude towards me. Second, I hate this ENT doctor. His out is supposedly 5pm last tuesday but he cut off like 3pm. According to his rude and unproffesional secretary, THEY DON'T WAIT FOR PATIENTS.THEY DON'T EXTEND JUST ATLEAST 3 mins. The information or registration desk on 2nd building shows rude attitude too. They are very unethical but there is this one staff from that part who assisted me well atleast. Hopefully it is not just the building that you will improve but also the quality of service.

Had a bad experience with an eye doctor here. He saw me and told that my left eye needs to be operated, his diagnosis was far different from what my eye doctor said at St. Luke's. It's good I had a second opinion. Never to go again here even if in an emergency case. I'm scared!!!

Providing information to queries is very important. This clinic should have provided a customer service oriented people who would reply to all queries with patience and politeness. I have asked their information team politely and received an impolite answer. I suggest that you may better work on that. Thank you.

I've visited the Calamba Medical Center, CMC, on many occasions that included routine work exams to using their lab extensively along with their CT and MRI scanners and various doctors. Moreover, I've seen many of their doctors too. And in all honesty, I can say that their equipment is state of the art, very similar to the states, and their doctors and nurses are top-notch. Being that I'm an American here, I'm so glad that every doctor I've seen at CMC has spoken excellent English. And while some of the hospital staff can speak broken English, they all go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend CMC for all of your hospital, testing and pharmacy needs. Thank you CMC!

Think of the words "emergency room" supposedly assistance is quick and concise however we go to the emergency room at exactly 6pm sharp and assisted at past 11pm, and take note the emergency room isn't crowded.

Communication with them is somehow frustrating. Unanswered call, transferred to local local due to uncleared process for thier side, and sudden call drop. Suggesting phone etiquettes reorientation to those who are answering outside calls.

If my partner had been brought to this "hospital" for an emergency, she would have gone to be with her Maker! The service was atrocious. Came in at 12.30pm for a 3 minute ultra sound, was told the department was shut for lunch, come back at 2.30pm. It's 3.20pm and we're all still waiting. The layout of the factory is confusing, the elevators are the worst I've experienced. Only ones in the world with some stopping on even numbered floors, while others stop on odd numbered floors. Good luck catching the right ones. I'd rather die on the street than be brought here in an emergency.

Be careful on this hospital when you are admitted or check up some doctors working here are corrupt, I have relatives had been check up here for minor illness and he was told by the doctor that he has cancer and insisting colonoscopy for 70K, OMG! he didn't even prescribe any antibiotics first he just want my relatives to have colonoscopy immediately what a dumb clinician. Always have second opinion the dishonesty of the doctors have been tolerated.

PWD parking slots are supposed to be for PWD patients. This hospital has PWD parking slots but PWD patients are NOT ALLOWED to park here unles the PWD patients are the ones driving their car. HOW RIDICULOUS!!! Even if you are able to show your valid PWD ID. They want their PWD patients to pay for their parking.

Service is unbelievably slow. What's the point of all your automated systems if a simple 5 min checkup takes 5 hrs waiting time?? What a joke. And this is a PRIVATE hospital at that.

Service is unbelievably slow. What's the point of all your automated systems if a simple 5 min checkup takes 5 hrs waiting time?? What a joke. And this is a PRIVATE hospital at that. Ive never had any problem with public hospitals. After 30 mins in public hospitals, youve finished everything. I only went here because it was accredited by our healthcare provider. It took me almost midnight before i could call office about my sick leave because i still had to travel when my shift was 11 in the MORNING. Will never come back.

CMC has the BEST admission staff who will help and lend a hand in the most difficult of times. We were not able to get a COVID bed here but the Admissions Office gave us contacts for other hospitals in nearby areas. This is a much need d help for anyone undergoing emergency situations. Compassion goes a long way! Tip: You have to call hospitals ahead for emergent cases especially for COVID patients. CMC also offers emergency room (only) admission in case of full beds. Just inquire.

(Translated by Google) Expensive hospital but low quality behavior of staff and nurses of other departments mostly rude behaviors, hot heads, and messy talk. Like those who grew up in squatters and those who are not licensed to behave. Maybe this system also needs attention because it is not a joke when it comes to life. (Original) Mamahalin hospital pero mababa ang kalidad ng pag-uugali ng mga staff at nurses ng ibang departamento karamihan bastos mga paguugali, mainitin mga ulo, at mga hindi maaayos kausap.
