Wanting better costumer service

Finesse and professsionalism are lost on their staff. Ang chaotic sa branch na to, may nag tutuyo ng plato and kubyertos sa eating area and ang rorowdy ng staff. Nagparefill kami ng drinks, di pa namin tapos kausapin umalis na agad dala ang isang baso when clearly more glasses need refilling. I know this place isnt considered fine dining but that is not a prerequisite for a calm and relaxed eating experience. They have a "daily cleaning sched" posted which obviously isnt being followed. Update: as much as i hate giving 1 stars, after last week's mishap, they do deserve the rating. Staff wasnt aware of the menu, incorrectly stated some food were no longer available, served the wrong order (took order without writing it down), removed our plates after the wrong food but didnt provide utensils (had to get one myself from counter). Worst service among the fast foods ive ever been. No apology or remorse.

place is so so, serves the food right but is always jampacked

The place is near Pansol area, (where hot spring and resorts are located). So you can easily dropbye and have your take out Pizza. It is also has its own parking spce.

Great place for great pizza

A place to get a quick fix for your pizza cravings. Located just nearby the west entrance of SM City Crossing Calamba. Every now and then they would offer something new to the menu. This time they had rice meals included. They also have pizza take out options if you want to grab a quick bite.

Just fine! I'm not really a fan of pizzahut, but I love pizza! just here to give my honest review, tasteless, ang carbonara, so as the other pasta I ordered, not really for a typical filipino taste, (salty/sweet/spicy) what do we expect, its an American Italian resto, 7 out of 10 for pizza.

Pricey! Food not worth!

You'll see the typical look of the resto but this one are neat simple. Picture to follow. Lol
