Before being admitted at Global Care Medical Center of Canlubang for surgery make sure you ask for the professional fee of the doctors. I had a surprising experience when i was charged more than 60k as professional fee of the surgeon only. Several times , i asked an estimate of expenses but they kept on saying that aince the hospital just newly opened they had no available estimate of expenses packages. I even emailed and texted the GCMCC corporaye secretary. So before you go under the knife at GCMCC ask for prices. If not- you will be shocked with hospital bills. The GCMCC hospital food was terrible. - not a balance diet. Their food did not include any fruit. I think the hospital has no dietician because of the food they give to sick people. GCMCC has no newborn screening or baby hearing test. So after GCMCC delivers your baby, the little one has to travel another distance just to get screening test. Be careful, ask estimates and if they do not give tou estimates, go to another hospital.

MY LOLA DIED because of their recklessness. the surgeon (dr. r.a) who was in charge of her didn't even properly dress her wound. performed surgery on her without even considering if her body can still survive it. inserted the wrong tube size in one of the operations, tapos siya pa may pinakamalaking doctor's fee. the audacity. doctor in charge didnt offer any other alternatives aside from placing her on ICU, where they don't treat patients like human beings and where they can moneygrab. they don't care about you, especially your financial struggles; they just want to be free of any liabilites in the guise of "medical consent letters." pharmacy is basically EMPTY. what kind of hospital is this even? slow service, incompetent nurses, rude cashier, you even have to buy their wifi like prepaid load everyday because it doesn't last for a day! (it should be free given the overpriced everything right?) wala lang option na mas malapit na ospital kaya kami napipilitan pa rin dito pumunta. hope those who did this to her won't be able to sleep peacefully at night.

My lola went to this hospital since this is the closest to our house. No available rooms during that time and she needs to be admitted. waited in the ER for almost 7 hours and told to leave since all rooms are are occupied and if we wait in the ER we have to pay 750php/hour. Ridiculous fee and so-so service. Ended up driving to Lipa to Mediatrix which has very good service and doesnt ask u to pay for waiting in the ER.

Doctors here doesn't know the meaning of courtesy and professionalism. My mom has an appointment with Dr. Sunaz in the afternoon, he never showed up and has the audacity to blame his patient for showing up in the clinic. Doesnt even know how to apologize and lacks empathy to their patients especially the elderly. Really poor service.

Need improvement

Poor and inefficient medical personnel. This is a hospital which means operating in a 24/7 hours. But when you call the hospital at night even 8pm. No one will pick up. I have had this experience multiple times.

I've waited more than 1 hour just to be told that the OB was on leave and reliever OB will be late and was not advise the she will cover OPD patients. After waiting I was advise to just go to other clinic to find avail OB. What a waste of time and energy for a pregnant woman. 😡

My experience might be different from everyone as I only need to do my pre-employment medical examination. The industrial clinic is on the other side of the hospital which will issue you the medical evaluation form. The laboratory and radiologic procedure will be done in the main hospital. My only comment would be on the medtech. Feels he is so bored with his work. No greetings, no smiles, just pure extraction. The radtech was nice, she was bubbly and welcoming. You also need to go back as results would be available the following day. MDs for APE are only available on Thursday (1pm-5pm) and Friday (8am-5pm). Overall, good experience for me. No lines, clear details, and helpful industrial clinic staff.

I'd totally give this hospital a solid 5-star rating, however, I'd like to share my overall feedback to further enhance the patient experience. First off, the nurses and staff are friendly and helpful – that made a big difference during our stay. The room attendants and cleaning crew were also really polite, which was a nice touch. Dr. G.SA, my son's pediatrician, deserves special recognition for her dedicated care. She ensured daily check-ups and even proactively recommended a consultation with a specialist, illustrating a deep commitment to my son's well-being. She is a rock star. Nonetheless, I believe there are areas where this hospital can strive for improvement: The Emergency Room (ER) staff, who play a crucial role in providing immediate health assistance, could benefit from enhanced accommodation and responsiveness, especially given the urgency often associated with their department. At the pantry/concession stand were cool, but there was this one blonde lady who seemed tired every time I ordered food. It felt like she just wanted to get it over with. It'd be nice if all the staff could bring the same positive vibe. All in all, it's a great hospital, but these little tweaks could make it even better.

All the medical facilities and services provided are top of the line. Staff is also supportive and caring, doctors are also very professional and nice. Overall experience was very good. Thank you Global Care.

I fully recommend this hospital, aside from the facilities and state of the art equipment, what matters most to me are the hospitality and genuine care of the doctors, administrator, officers, staff and nurses. I personally experienced this when i was inflicted with covid 19 virus back in 2020. Thank you for the care GCMCC and my attending physician back then Dr. Arabella Quing.

Kuddos to the accessibility, cleanliness and sanitation of the facilities. Doctors, nurses, and other medical staff are well-trained and highly competitive. Definitely recommended.
