Had a worst experience ever. From entrance until the payment. When we were entering inside the Domino's one staff was standing outside and instead of opening the door she closed it. So unprofessional after that we went inside to order there was no one in the counter everyone was behind chit chatting laughing where they prepare the food after 2,3 min we had to call them can anyone take our order? Then she comes and says can't take order for medium pizza do it online. We were 2 of us so can't finish big pizza and started ordering online but the network was so bad we couldn't order. Then we ordered big pizza tacos and drink. She said they don't have bottle drinks but we saw them sending online bottle drinks.She gave us flat pepsi cup which we returned and the pizza bread was not cooked properly. They accepted only cash no other mode of payment, the toilet was so dirty, zero customer service. Very very bad experience in Calangute Domino's branch goa.

Check your pizza before you take. See photos. If you show them this, they will not find any error in it and to give you new one for which is there mistake. Rude hehavior of senior manager Mr. Mahesh. He should be kicked out from Domino pizza. I have been having Dominos Pizza for 20 yrs and I never in life saw like this shape pizza nor like this behavior of any staff in Dominos.

My sister faced worst customer service experience regarding payment. It almost been a month, she still didnt’t receive her excess refund money and customer care executives making excuses. Really disheartening behaviour by franchise.

I will give it 2 stars It is not customer friendly. I placed an order on the app to dine there. But the restaurant accepted the order as a take away and I went there with my family to take dinner. It was 11 inpm and they told you can not eat here . I will give 0 star as a customer friendly I wasted 1400 there

I don't know why the actual Pizza always looks and tastes bad than shown in the images posted by Domino's. It is always a good choice to eat pizzas at the outlet itself. If you don't want your pizza dry then always select extra cheese. Below 2 pizzas are Margherita and Farmhouse

This place serves the worst toppings ever. Had literally 5 slices of sausages on the entire pizza. When sent the feedback on the app, a guy called and said the toppings are measured in grams and it's not the first time we ordered from them usually the toppings are more than what we got, upon questioning the same thing the guy on the line was like maybe the newbie must have put extra on the other orders or my mistake but we put only 4-5 on each by measuring. Don't know why he called if he's justifying cheating. Definitely should mention the amount of toppings that would come on the pizza, if that's the case instead of cheating people.

We ordered Margherita Pizza, Peppy Paneer, Farmhouse Pizza ( which was not at all tasty), Indi Paneer pizza and we ordered Hot Sauce Chicken Wings and they gave Peri Peri Chicken Wings ( which they changed later on after we pointed their mistake). Very late service.

The service experience was quite satisfactory. The pizza lived up to its usual standards. The staff was notably helpful and friendly. However, it's worth mentioning that the store's cleanliness needs little improvement.

The food was delayed too much and it not properly cooked and the service was ok ok , as per the other Domino's, i had some photos, the food not good as we eat in other Domino's pizza.

I'm not really a pizza person but my friends suggested we go here and I had decided to have pasta instead but I ended up eating pizza which was quite good. I have a huge grievance though, we visit the Calangute branch and were very disappointed with the ambience. The floor were all dirty with stains and dry waste on the floor, the tables were not clean as well. There was one table available which was just near the washroom which was stinking and next to it was a garbage bag of waste. A man came n swept the dry waste off the floor but the stains were still there. We felt so disgusted that we felt like not eating there but then another table which is at the entrance became available so we shifted there. The pizza's were really yummy and I loved the pasta too, we later ordered peri peri wings too but the quality and quantity was poor. Ordering was also very easy we ordered via physical mode once and the second time we ordered online as takeaway, the latter was faster and more efficient. The staff was nice and out orders didn't take long to come. Overall we loved the food.

Went for lunch it was over crowded . Tables were not cleaned . Staff were very nice I asked for napkins to clean tables she gave me right away .

I am personally like this pizza 🍕😋 because it's soft crust makes it better so I would suggest to taste atleast once in life🍕🍕🥰

Due to rush near Calanguate Beach, orders are usually late. This outlet is located near Calanguate Beach. Usually it is full of tourists. Dine in, takeaway and online ordering is available at this outlet. Staff is very helpful and the service is also very good.

I ordered- Fresh Veggie Pizza (medium) Roasted Chicken Wings peri peri @ ₹514 The order is for takeaway. Pizza is very fresh and hot. Taste of pizza is good. The taste of roasted chicken peri peri is worst.Chicken pieces is too small. Its just taste like boiled chicken with light masala. Provide proper amount of origano, chilli flakes, and tissue paper. This is near by calngute beach. This is crowded as it used to be in night. Dine in and take away available. The waiting time is average. I ordered cheese dominator, 4 cheese and peppy paneer pizza on different occasions and all were great taste wise and quality wise.

Staff is really mis-managed. They took the money and forgot to punch the order. When I asked for the pizza they replied that they forgot to prepare my pizza and asked for more time. Finally when pizza arrived it was tasteless coz they were in hurry to serve my order. Guy like manager also shows attitude, and thinks it was very normal. I Had a very bad experience, felt like I waisted my money.

This store is same like every other domino's pizza restaurant, the pizza was prepared fresh and it was yummy. But the meat used in non-vegetarian pizza's is not HALAL, so it's up to you to choose which one to go for. I had ordered veg pizza's it was yummy 😋

Taking too much time.... Don't go there... Go somewhere eles.... We waited more than hour for our order ... We are too hungry and we requested them to hurry up.. but still they are not paying attention to us... We sit hungry more than hour 🥺🥺 and ac was not working

Place is very untidy n unhygienic. Tasty of my cheese burst farmhouse pizza is also not upto the mark or not likely as before.. Domino’s showing cold drink is serve on MRP, but they were not showing that the MRP(60) printed on the bottle is already hiked as compare to bottle sell in market(@40).
