My
partner
recently
used
this
company
to
do
a
day
tour
in
the
Goa
area.
It
was
booked
through
a
shop
front
called
"Holiday
in
Goa"
on
Murrad
Vaddo,
in
Candolim.
The
tour
guide
turned
up
30
minutes
late,
he'd
forgotten
to
wear
his
uniform,
and
he
was
using
google
maps
to
get
around.
They
were
dropped
at
a
church
in
Old
Goa
with
no
instructions
other
than
"I'll
be
back
in
30
minutes".
The
guide
struggled
to
answer
questions
when
asked
about
things,
and
would
only
respond
to
the
male
in
the
group,
not
the
females.
On
the
way
to
a
temple
visit,
the
car
got
a
flat
tyre.
When
the
guide
got
the
spare
tyre
out,
the
spare
was
also
flat.
The
road
was
deserted
(which
is
highly
unusual
in
India)
but
when
someone
finally
came
past,
the
guide
got
a
lift
to
the
nearest
town
to
get
the
spare
tyre
filled
with
air.
The
group
were
left
alone
to
sit
with
the
car
for
1.5
hours
before
the
guide
returned
and
the
trip
could
continue.
Half
the
things
the
group
were
supposed
to
do
were
not
done
(waterfall,
adventure
park,
elephants)
and
the
place
they
were
supposed
to
have
lunch
was
closed.
They
ended
up
getting
taken
to
lunch
at
2:50pm,
and
then
didn't
have
time
to
do
half
the
things
they
were
supposed
to
cover.
On
going
back
to
the
shopfront
to
request
a
refund,
they
were
given
a
refund
of
300
rupees
-
which
was
not
nearly
enough
compensation
given
how
little
they
got
to
do
on
this
trip.
Would
NOT
RECOMMEND
this
company
or
the
shop
front
for
anything!
