Hi. I am a costumer of this polish shop already two years. Im very unhappy about the service. Girls who work on the weekends are very scurrilous. They look like they are drunk and dirty. I am from Latvia and thay have to talk with me in english language not polish. Thay have to greet with me first when I come in the shop. I feel unwanted in the shop. By the way maybe someone can teach the girls how to smile because in this two years I never saw the girls are smiling.

Very friendly and help but professional staff. Great stock level amd really good food quality. I definitely recommend this store to anyone who likes good food and good drinks (alcoholic and no alcoholic).

It's ironic how most to all of these 5* reviews on here are from new accounts, with only the one review given. Clearly fake! All the genuine reviews are 2* and below, and for good reason. Rude abrupt staff, wont be returning.

Good range but you can get most of this stuff for a lot cheaper at the major supermarkets. The shop is ultimately let down by the extremely slow rate at which customers are served. Each customer scans and buys groceries pays for them then selects alcohol and pays for that before finally selecting a cake and paying for that. Each customer with a few items in a basket takes over 5 minutes to process- SO SLOW!

This place is amazing! I really like the atmosphere, good staff and nice interior. The drinks and foods were all tasty and worthwhile And very well priced. I will be back again!

I don't know what are Y'all bragging about with these reviews. I'm a customer for over a 4 years and had no problems what so ever with workers or the products. Girls are always nice and helpful with any issue plus the products are delicious. Wish more " Polish shops " had staff like that.

Halifax really needed a gourmet Polish deli. And this place fits that description perfectly. Really nice variety of stuff. Lovely deli meat counter, where you can sample what's on offer. Chilled section with yoghurt, fresh vegetables, cheeses and salads. Great bread selection from different bakeries. There's also fresh sweet bakery stuff and cakes. Lots of pickled products as you'd expect. The best part is the friendly helpful staff. I really hope this place has good business, as it's a great asset to the town👍

I'm doing shopping there from when it's been opened and never had any similar situations like Kaspar Cirulis says. It's always been nice and so polite as well. Girls are so nice and gives good help if I need any.
