My father visited today to pick up an online order. The treatment he received and attitude because he wasn't wearing a face covering was completely over the line. Nobody should be made to feel this way considering that people are making a choice to purchase from you. We are hoping that your new competition next door treats people with more respect and less discrimination and we will not be recommending anyone to shop in your premises if we are asked for a recommendation in the future.

Came to pick up lots of orders during lockdown and it's always well organised. Queueing system and hand sanitiser in place. Not a lot of car parking spaces but the roads have lots of room to stop. Friendly and helpful staff too, was able to return a lawnmower with no problems and got another one ordered for delivery. I'd definitely come again.

Great service,went to B&Q for sink plug for my kitchen but they were all too big,went to Screwfix with the plug I'd taken out and a picture and they sorted me out straight out.

Nice and click and collect service

Well impressed got some taper head bolts and some casters for my bird cage. I bought the cage off wish which was a big mistake the casters fit and the bolts are exactly what I needed and was dirt cheap. The younger lad didn't know what liquid metal was but appart from that this is my new favourite shop.

My mum visited scewfix brighouse to buy some wood treatment. My mum has a walking stick and needed to carry the 5litre tin to the bus station. The staff went above and beyond because a young woman drove my mum to the bus station on her break. What a lovely kind gesture
