A nice place to spend the afternoon when you need to relax after all the walking in town. However you must know that the only way I found access to the water was through the restaurant. And in order to access it you must purchase food or drinks at the restaurant or rent a row boat. The boats are rented for about $2 usd and there’s a 2 person minimum for 1 hour maximum. There are also street vendor on the street level. You can find drinks of all kinds and snacks too. There are a few restaurants as well. You can get here by bus that I caught in downtown subterranean level for 35¢ usd and it dropped me off right in front of the restaurant. I took and Uber back to the downtown area for $1.85 usd.

A relaxing place for long walks, shopping and all kinds of snacks. The small rowing boats are fun. I would definitely recommend.

Really great place to come eat. Really friendly and all the taxis in Guanajuato know where it is. So it is easy to get to.

Great tranquil place to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown. Easy walk from centre past some beautiful homes up to the dam where you can hire a boat or eat at one of the many restaurants or street vendors.

Presa de la Olla is a great place outside of Guanajuato downtown. There are tons of food stalls with incredible and delicious local food around the dam. I recommend to expend at least 2 hours here, walk around the dam and across the Florencio Antillón park.
