The facilities are very old and cleaning can be better. For instance, shower had mold and hair. The lady working there was very kind but she hast to do everything by herself and she is rushing from one treatment and client to the other, which makes that you can’t really relax. The facilities are old and need a facelift to today’s spa standards. The booking process is a nightmare, the website is confusing, you have to call and the lady on the phone called back Teo times to be able to finalize the session. Finally, pricey for the overall experience with the result that I won’t go back and I suggest to invest your money in another experience.

A small installation but a professional one, the staff explains you all the details about the treatment and they are very kind, the water is a real thermal water that has all thermal properties without any treatment that changes it. Certainly not the latest SPA that uses common water, fancy water sprinklers and empties your pockets.

I expected this place to be bigger, everything is tiny including the changing room, which was pretty uncomfortable with 4 people in the room. The space definitely needs proper hygiene maintenance. There was mold in the shower, hair on the floor and dust in the changing room. I don't want to think about the water in the swimming pool or bench in the sauna (how often and how well are they cleaned?). Looking at facilities I felt like traveling back in time a bit. The receptionist was okay, but I didn't like the fact that we were strictly allowed to be in each room for a limited time (we acquired a spa circuit offer that just included 25 min in a pool and 30 min in a wet sauna), and we couldn't go wherever we wanted at a certain time, we needed her to come back to us and accompany us all the time like kids. Also I found the system of reservation very slow and inflexible. I think they need some changes since nowadays other spas and gyms offer way better options/services for better prices, with better hygiene conditions and more flexible systems. Also the spa has no parking. I wouldn't come back unfortunately.

Very nice an small Spa with termal water from 2800 meters below that has a natural heat of about 38.5 degrees. YOU HAVE TO MAKE A RESERVATION but it's really worth it.

The women was friendly but the price is horribel! For just One hour swimmingpool, Sauna and Hidrotermal Bath i paid 44 €!! Sorry guys but this to much! Never again!!!

My significant other had a gift box so after checking many possible places were we could go, we finally went here, where we had not any problem to book a session (not all places work that well in this regard, so thumbs up for this). We did a jacuzzy, spring pool and halotherapy. The overall experience was quite pleasing, and the staff was attentive. I will recommend it based on the relaxing experience provided. From the health perspective, relaxing is indeed healthy. Health claims are something to not take lightly and I won't delve into it, but I'd suggest always taking any other claim in this regard with a grain of salt (pun intended).

Not a great experience, considering the price you would expect a much higher quality of spa. It is not very clean and the installations are old. The staff were friendly and professional.
