This review is for the person in-charge of booking this facility, not the facility itself. Delores Coghill, the lady who manages the facilities under RDCHS, is extremely unprofessional in her demeanor. She never returns calls or responds to emails. You has to make dozens of calls or/and send multiple emails to get a reply from her. I wish the City of Red Deer, would fire this ineffective and unhelpful person.

Took me a while to figure out the right building once I got to the parking lot but generally the place was pretty neat and ready when we arrived. I volunteered to help setup at an event a week back. Place was a bit chilly at the time (don't know if a/c was on). They have a fair sized kitchen with an opening in the wall opening for serving. There is a circular set of stairs that leads to a higher level. If you have longer than average feet like me you gotta be careful because the steps are short . If you are renting the place be sure to read the guidelines on how to return things to their proper state during cleanup to avoid charges. Overall clean and reasonable.

I attended dinner theatre here. The experience was terrific, and the buffet was absolutely delicious. The stage is large with great lighting. Any seat in the house is a great view. I am looking forward to the next dinner theater.

Festival Hall is an amazing venue that can be used for wedding receptions, staff parties, banquets. Has a stage and an upper mazanine. Has a full size commercial kitchen but doesn't have any supplies. You can bring your own or have it catered. Good acoustics. Chairs are a little worn out but they will rent additional ones if needed. Very reasonably priced.

Great Hall. Perfect size for smaller events. Has kitchen/concession, stage, hardwood floors - nice.
