I was issues with the website at suklys due to my own acts of stupidity and sullys promptly reached out for me and solved my issue so that I was able to order the shoes I wanted . Ones that no one had in stock BTW. Great customer service and great selection . I haven't recieved my shoes yet. But that is now I'm canada posts hands . Sullys has been great and this will not be my last purchase with them !!!!!

After I checked a lot of snowboard equipment shops in Calgary, this the best shop I found. Their service is very good. The staff are very nice and very patient. They gave me a lot of professional advice. They have a large selection of snowboard and skiing equipment and every size and style of clothing you could want. You definitely can find the best deal there. If you need any snowboard or skiing equipments, I recommend you go there and find Brandon.

Customer service: 0/5 Cleanliness: 3/5 Selection: 4/5 Price: 3.5/5 Overall experience: 2/5 No greeting upon entering the store, the staff seemed too busy dancing to music. We went in for shoes for a VERY picky man and ended up finding so many good selections of shoes!! We unfortunately stood at the shoe section over 20 minutes with no assistance. We would have easily bought 2-3 pairs because it is so difficult to find him shoes. We ended up walking out without buying anything because no one came over to check in or offer to help.

Hunter was super awesome and went out of his way to help us out. Will be coming back!

I was having a poor experience with a vendor not honoring warranty on a damaged product I purchased at Sully's. So I contacted Sully's directly and got in touch with Brandon & he was so responsive & helpful. I'll never shop anywhere else again and I was really grateful for the help I got.

Went there to buy snowboard gear as a gift for my son. My wife and I had no clue on what to get but Brandon was amazing and helped us out every step of the way. Really appreciate the level of customer service he provided as its really rare these days. We were back there a few days later with our son to buy more gear. Helpful staff, consistently checking in to acquire if assistance is needed and providing sales and directions within store to fit our needs. Great variety of sports wear, sports equipment and accessories and good layout. Pricey but good quality stuff.
