So delicious. Filling but doesn’t make you feel sluggish after. The owner is a gem of a human - she’s consistently been so kind and offers great suggestions. The ambiance of the restaurant is really nice and relaxing with board games, pillows and blankets if needed. If I could I would eat here every day!

Such a beautiful space, the owners are very sweet, helpful and so easy to talk to. They definitely give it a personable touch which I appreciate! The store is definitely one where you can enjoy everything! There are board games for you to play and I definitely think this would be a great to study or get work done. When I went I got the raw tacos, I've been vegetarian for many years and have never tried many raw vegan foods until coming here and I'm really impressed. My only request was that they consider bringing in a matcha latte and apparently I'm not the only one. This is really a lovely place and I can't wait to come back! 💕

Dog friendly back patio that's a nice spot to hang, just a few spots to side. Had a coffee and a cookie, both were good. The woman who served me was super friendly and we had a nice chat! Community vibes. Everything is vegan.

What a quaint little place. I had the pad thai here and it was excellent. Their sourdough bread was amazing too. The staff was super friendly. They have games and books for customers, and even hair bands and hair pins in the washroom (such a simple but thoughtful gesture). A must visit if you are vegan or vegetarian. They also carry merch like bath bombs, tshirts, coffee beans, tahini, granola etc.

Such a great place for lunch in Calgary. We got the poke bowl, lasagna, peanut butter toast with bananas, and then 2 desserts - mango cheesecake and peanut butter chocolate deliciousness. My husband doesn't eat black beans but inhaled the chocolate pie. Everything was so delicious and the owner was friendly. The space was also super cute and we also appreciated the board games too. Go here and you will leave happy! Perfect for vegans and and non-vegans.

Stopped by for a weekend lunch, and wow, it is a gem! We were welcomed as soon as we got inside with amazing friendliness and warmth. It made the entire experience enjoyable. The food is super fresh, flavourful and filling! Definitely recommended!

Whether you're looking for vegan and raw on purpose or not, eating at this fresh local eatery is a must. Our first visit required an array to try. We started with Fancy Avo, sourdough with smashed avocado and fixings. Nearly didn't get a picture, it was so good! Then on to Rainbow Pad Thai, and I will admit I stopped short of licking the plate by asking for a spoon for the remaining sauce. My wife had the Lasagna, and was thrilled it. We ended with a Strawberry and Pistachio bar and Turmeric Elixir, and made sure we grabbed Salted Chocolate Rosemary for road as we left. Portions were perfect, price lower than expected, service and recommendations perfect. There is only one downside, this is NOT physically accessible for folks. Stairs up to get in, and down to the seating. Narrow doorways, tight spaces. I didn't check, but hopefully they also deliver, so less mobile folks can try.

Honestly the best spot to eat great clean plant based food! So happy I found the place. I wish I could tell you my favorite dish.. but really everything is so great it's impossible to even choose! Pad Thai, the apricot raw cookie, spicy lemonade, the kale salad..... 🤤 I also love they have products for sale as well, and you just know it's going to be good! I have not been disappointed yet I don't want to forget to mention that the place is super cute and the staff brightens your day each time you go in! HIGHLY Recommend!

Loved everything about Mondays, delicious fresh vegan food, great little sunny spot for coffee and Lunch and such warm and friendly owners! We had the Sunflower Tacos and the Rainbow Pad Thai, both were super delicious, bright, light and tasty!! We also tried the Black Tea with Oat Milk and Maple Yum, and the Ginger Kombucha. Was a nice place to hang out and chat. I will definitely go visit again soon.

We were here months ago and had a great meal. The staff were super friendly and the food was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. We enjoy the rainbow Pad Thai and the Poke Now, which were both delicious. The flavours of the peanut sauce were vibrant and it was great to have both bowls packed with veggies. We finished with a raspberry cheesecake and a peanut butter brownie, both of which were amazingly good. The staff were super friendly, kind and gracious. It was a cute little cafe and we'll.qirth the visit. Hope to be back sometime.

Just in town visiting and was in need of something delicious. I had the Kale salad with a side of some amazing sourdough from a local bakery. The salad was large and flavourful. Nothing missed on this dish. My only regret was not being able to order everything. Plus there is a shop baby who is just the cutest. The food was very “ Thoughtful” this is a must visit when I come back. It feels like a home in here because it is in a beautiful renovated earlier 1900’s barber shop. It has a great history that they are happy to share.

Lovely little place with tasty vegan choices and a dog friendly patio. The staff were lovely and very accommodating to my allergies, Megan was lovely. Will definitely be back.

I have absolutely fallen in love with Monday’s Plant Cafe. Such a great atmosphere and incredible, feel good food that leaves you feeling energized. Everything I’ve had here is amazing (Kale salad, Ricotta toast, Poke bowl, Pad Thai, desserts, smoothies). Will definitely be back ❤️✨

A nice small cafe/Bistro for the health conscious, vegetarian, vegan, and food curious. Quite tasty and definitely a good spot to get some scrumptious healthy food. Thought that I would get hungry soon after, but it surprisingly held me over quite well. Place is fairly small with 4-5 tables and the entrance is on the back by the limited parking they have (fit maybe 4 cars).

I hosted my sisters Bridal Shower here and it turned out to be more perfect that I could have ever imagined! The owners/staff are so genuinely kind and helpful. The food is phenomenal!! It’s delicious, healthy and flavourful! They truly do their best to help you have a great event. I feel so lucky to have found them and they’ll be first on my list to reach out to for future small events!

A local gem! Always amazing, I’ve slowly brought my entire family here and everyone has loved it. It’s healthy, quick and the environment just puts you in a great mood. Also for those who may not have been there: there’s parking behind! Definitely check them out if you’re wanting some fresh vegan food!

I am satisfied the Kale salad and pad Thai I bought today. I do not eat onion and garlic in anything. The restaurant could customize them perfectly without any problems. I usually cannot get this kind of pure food from other vegan/vegetarian restaurant.

We ended up coming here on a whim, and I'm so glad we did. The staff are so kind and welcoming from the second you step in, and the food and drink is INCREDIBLE. Possible the best london fog I've ever had, and both the broken burrito and the panini were phenomenal. Flavourful and filling. Highly recommend.

I couldn't love it here anymore! I've been coming for several years, and the quality and consistency has always remained the same. The food is all vegan and raw (uncooked), nutritious, and a nice change from the usual meat and cheese you typically eat. The lady who runs it is so nice and personable. My favorite dish is the lasagna! Would eat here everyday if I lived closed.

I'm so glad I found this place. I just got off a long flight and was really tired. The food brought me back to life. I got the broken burrito, the lemonade, and cheesecake. Staff members are also very nice. Thank you!

Food was delicious! Want to preface this by saying neither my wife or I are Vegan but we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. We had the Pad Thai and Lasagne and both were so good. The sauce on the pad Thai is killer and the fact that we felt nourished, satiated and without the typical bloat that accompanies eating out was icing on the cake. Owner is fantastic and welcoming and the place has a great vibe. Will definitely be back.

The rainbow pad Thai tastes very good, the only thing we didn’t realized that it was cold. And it was a pity to sit outside. But want to try more.

Amazing food. The whole family including the young ones enjoyed our experience. Had the lasagna, pad Thai, poke bowl, avocado toast and almost toast and cookies. Everything was eaten by the time we left.

The food here was absolutely amazing. I could not stop raving about it to anyone who would listen once I left. The peanut sauce that comes with the Poke Bowl was to die for and I would have been happy to eat just that. Not only was the food delicious but the staff were so friendly! We had a nice conversation prior to ordering and were given plenty of recommendations. On top of that, the atmosphere is so cute and cozy. The only downfall is that they were not given a very large parking area but if you talk to them, they are okay with you parking along the fence and blocking in the staff cars.

Support this cafe. A refreshing place to get away from the busyness of life and enjoy a beautiful atmosphere, great coffee, and delicious, healthy food. Friendly staff as well!

We love this place!! It's a weekly stop for us. We aren't officially vegan, but my toddler has an egg allergy and it's so fun to go somewhere he can order a treat and we have no concerns... the sushi and cookies are the best!!

Yummy! Sad the Megg sandwich is gone, but they still have a few faves. The place is super cute and cozy. We chilled out for a few hours and were well taken care of. They have a small parking lot - 3/4cars - to the east of their building, with the driveway entrance just beside the restaurant. There's a bit of construction in the area so it can get confusing. Free 1 hour street parking on Marsh road a few streets south of the shop.

Smashed avocado on soughdough toast with a balsamic reduction glaze. Delicious food, cool atmosphere and great service.

I was helped by Megan who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She is super sweet and her energy is lovely, you can tell that the cafe is a reflection of who she is. Open and airy, the cafe is welcoming and beautifully decorated with comfy pillows and blankets, plants, gorgeous art, and games accessible to customers. The food is both delicious and obviously healthy which is a great combination, and the coffee is very nice as well. 😊
