This
hospital
has
many
flaws.
I've
been
there
many
times
and
for
starters
or
people
that
have
never
gone
to
this
hospital,
parking
inside
the
parking
lot
of
the
hospital
which
is
located
on
the
bottom
floor
which
they
call
"Sotano"
is
very
limited.
There
is
an
open
parking
garage
outside
but
it
is
not
manged
by
the
hospital
and
they
will
charge
you
for
parking
there.
In
this
open
parking
lot,
there
is
no
point
of
getting
your
ticket
validated
at
the
hospital
for
a
reduced/discounted
price
as
the
parking
lot
is
not
managed
and/or
owned
by
the
hospital.
Customer
service
really
lacks
and
when
it
comes
for
them
to
really
understand
how
international
insurances
work,
its
really
a
nightmare.
If
for
some
reason
you
do
not
pay
them,
they
will
give
you
really
bad
medical
attention
as
they
are
always
looking
on
their
own
financial
well
being
instead
of
the
patient's
well
being.
Or
it
may
be
that
they
do
not
know
how
to
do
the
right
medical
billing
so
that
the
Insurance
can
pay
the
hospital
which
was
the
thing
in
my
case.
So
since
they
do
not
know
how
to
to
the
right
medical
billing,
then
becuase
of
their
mistake,
they
force
you
to
pay
all
of
their
bills,
which
according
to
my
insurance,
it
is
covered
100%
and
I
as
a
Patient
do
not
have
to
pay
anything
out
of
pocket.
This
on
my
opinion
is
really
sad
to
find
out
from
a
hospital
in
this
category
that
they
actually
do
this
to
patients.
I
at
least
fought
for
what
was
right,
but
what
about
any
local
person
or
anyone
that
just
does
what
they
tell
them
to
pay
without
even
asking?I
would
think
that
doctor's
and
medical
ethics
would
play
a
major
role
when
it
came
to
attending
patients
there,
however
this
is
far
from
the
truth.
There
should
be
a
Panamanian
agency
that
should
be
overlooking
and
monitoring
these
private
hospitals.
As
for
me,
I
will
never
go
to
this
hospital
again.
