I love this shop! Not only do the products smell amazing, they make my skin feel wonderful. The business is owned by Ernestine, a black female navy veteran entrepreneur who is an absolute doll. Her soap making skills are exceptional and her superb customer service skills are off the charts. Her knowledge of all the natural ingredients she uses is impressive. I highly recommend shopping here. You won't be disappointed!

If you are looking for great soap and a super great owner who goes out of her way to please her customers you have to go to The Old Town Soap Company and meet Ernestine Brown. I was out there visiting my daughter last August and we stopped into her shop. We chatted a long time and I feel like I not only got the best soap but gained a very good friend. I live in North Carolina, Ernestine shipped me a loaf of my Favorite soap(Peppermint Coffee), free shipping and I received it in under a week. I have tried other home made soap but wasn't impressed. After using Ernestines soap I'm hooked and will never use any other soap. This stuff makes me feel clean and my skin is super soft. Thanks again to Ernestine Brown and her company for making this old mans skin from leather to silky smooth. Ernestine is the best. She spent ample time showing me around the store and explaining all the different types of soaps and scents, and what the various oils are for. She advised me to buy eucalyptus and I am so happy with it as it’s all natural and handmade. I look forward to washing my hands each morning! This is such a cute store in a great location and the service is top notch.

There's always a friendly face to welcome you into the store and the soaps, well, the scents and selections are a bonus. I recommend you stop by and pick out a favorite or a few. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely love the products from this place👍👍👍.... I bought one soap to try there months ago loved it so much I recently just bought more, tea tree and star anise is my favorite. The owner Ernestine is great with her customers... im already planning to get more soaps for family ❤❤❤

5 Stars!!! I just want to lay in my custom made body butter. It smells so extremely good and satisfying. I can't stop using it and for only $10 you get to buy one and have it customized according to the essential oils *you* want, right in front of you. For me, it gets no better than that! I absolutely loved the combination me and Jocey came up with. This is such a lovely natural company where you can find many things you need. I'm so glad I finally made it in on Thursday and I would love to go back when I run out of products.
