DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY WATCH NEEDS. First time coming to this store and without a doubt will be my last time. Came in to take two links off my vintage Day Date (reference number 1803) that has never been adjusted since purchase and I deeply regret it. It’s clear to see that they did not use the proper size tool to remove the links, damaging one of the link screws. Only reason I came here instead of Rolex is because the Rolex store is currently being remodeled and states that they are still open within Ben Bridge. I also found it very rude that the woman who was supposed to be assisting me was more interested in interrogating me on where and how I got my watch. Practically implying it’s not factory. Coming from the jewelry industry myself I found this to be unprofessional.

After a long long wait, finally it is my turn to get my watch. Thanks to Linda, she took my need seriously, she remembered the combination I preferred. I am very happy with the new watch. Again, thank you Linda!

Joyce is a very important staff at this store. Kind, attentive, and eye-catching helped me get the watches I wanted for my baby is about to give birth. I was happy to present a superhero watch to my husband to celerbrate become a father. He is happy with this watch everyday.

Finally got the much awaited call. I was in the market for a new watch, I went in and spoke to Victor. He was a pleasure to deal with, took his time to show me any display I was interested in. Left my info and about 3 weeks later I had the watch on my wrist. I would highly recommend Ben Bridge to anyone in the market for a new time piece. They were so considerate and generally helpful. What a great experience and one I can't wait to duplicate.

Nazzy was an absolute delight to work with. My husband had his eye on the Rolex Batman Jubilee for quite some time. She communicated with me over many months until the item was finally available. Nazzy is gracious, patient and super kind. Her knowledge about the product is commendable. I am unseasoned in the watch department so when she would educate me, I was thrilled to be guided as I secretly shopped for my husband’s gift. Thank you to Nazzy and the entire Ben Bridge staff!

All the staff here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I dropped a watch off for a new battery last night and it was quickly complete this morning, with warranty, for half the price of “quick fix” mall shops. I was quite surprised to see their watchmaker Brian still working at 6:45 on a Saturday evening. We spoke for a few minutes before and after the store closed while he answered various questions about maintaining watches. He’s very welcoming and clearly passionate about his work.

Regina was a pleasure to work with in acquiring my Rolex. I had been to a few other authorized dealers that didn’t seem interested in helping me but she was able to get me the Explorer I had been looking for. I definitely will continue to come back for any other Rolex purchases.

Laman is very nice and professional. She made me feel like a valued customer. She was very knowledgeable about the piece of jewelry I purchased. The gift wrapping she did for me looked very nice. She handled my purchase carefully and respectfully.

I can’t say that I have been interested in jewelry for most of my life but that has changed recently, probably due to my experiences at Ben Bridge! I stop in from time to time to window shop and have a great experience every time. The staff members I have interacted with have all been great. I don’t feel pressured in any way; the staff are just very helpful. Greeting me, answering questions when I ask, but not being pushy if I am just looking around. On a recent visit I took a ring in to get resized and polished. Usually I am looking at watches so Victor came to help me even though he had just stepped in the door. He was probably surprised I wasn’t asking about watches, but watches isn’t his only area of expertise so he was able to help me with the ring without skipping a beat. We discussed the options for the ring and when it could be delivered as I needed it pretty quickly. I later received a call from Victor to discuss a potential issue with the work. We discussed the issue, and I decided to proceed with the work. On the day Victor said it would be ready, I received another call that indeed it was ready. When I picked the ring up I was pleasantly surprised that the ring fit perfectly and with the polish the ring was looking better than I remember it looking the day I first received it over 20 years ago! Because jewelry is a relatively new interest for me I frequently learn new things when I visit Ben Bridge (Ben Bridge has sustainably-mined, non-conflict diamonds from Canada, for instance) but I think the most valuable lesson I learned is that besides being very friendly and knowledgable, Victor doesn’t make empty promises, he does what he says he will do. For that, he has earned my trust. It makes doing business with Ben Bridge a pleasure, and I look forward to doing more business with Victor and Ben Bridge in the future. They have my highest recommendation!

I walked in to Ben Bridge UTC looking for a Rolex that I wanted to gift my dad. I really had no hope of finding the right one. But Victor was so welcoming. He took the time to talk about the different models, let me try a few pairs, suggested models that my dad would like and he was very patient. I’ve been looking for a Rolex watch since Jan 2022 and none of the stores in Las Vegas, Maui and Manila had found a Rolex watch for me. Josephine was very accommodating and was able to find a watch for me. Such a positive and joyful experience today. Ben Bridge has never failed me through the years.

Walked in and was greeted by Marikris. Was interested in a Tudor Ranger and she helped me out. She was really knowledgeable of the brand. Answered all my questions, so I left. Brought my wife back and Marikris couldn’t have been more nice, showed my wife the watch but I was still was going to wait. At no time did she try to pressure us. We walked out, my wife told me she wanted me to have it for Christmas so we ended up going right back in. Honestly, everyone seemed so nice and professional. Great experience.

Linda H was able to source a date just mother of pearl for me after almost a year. She check in from time to time with other pieces but was never pushy about it. Linda was patient and very helpful in helping me through the process as we aren’t locals. She was communicative throughout the entire process.
