Villa Rico has been closed during the pandemic season. During this time they have done some renovations. Even though not yet operational, they are following the health and safety protocols set by DOH and DOT. They have a temperature scanner, alcohol dispenser, and QR code for contact tracing and health declaration at the entrance. The place is beautiful and clean! Hoping the pandemic ends soon so more places like this get to operate again. 🙏❤

if you are looking for Private pool and events place around North Caloocan, you might want to check their place. Can be rented for day or night stay, with airconditioned room with videoke. Clean and well maintained. been here a lot of times and its always nice.

May 1, 2022.. I touched looked house rich but not . I thought that's Resort in Villa Rico it's only Pool 1 nice.

The ideal location for hosting your next family or team gathering! The air-conditioned videoke room was without a doubt the highlight for me. They also feature roomy bedrooms located on the second floor! You will receive a good value for your money here!

Very nice place, come & celebrate your occasion like bdays, debut, wedding, reunion & others with complete facility .

I havent really compared with other venues but still worth the prize for its exclusivity if you have family gatherings or reunion

It was a good place to celebrate birthday parties and event :) They also have a swimming pool but the comfort room doesn't look that good. But overall, it's a good place to have an event

Didn't know this existed until we rented the whole place for a day for 9K. This pool can accommodate a max of 30 pax. The videoke room is sound proofed and has AC. The shower rooms and toilets are clean and well maintained. The landscapes are nice. Place has its own grill area. Great for family outings. This is located inside a subdivision in Caloocan.

This place is beautiful and great. Rooms are also nice and well air conditioned. And the karaoke room is also spacious. No resto/convenient store nearby the venue, yet you can bring your foods, you can cook at the venue and use the refrigerator. The toilets are spacious and clean, staff are accommodating.
