I have been here almost 2 years and the ant problem still continues. I now have roaches from the people they let move in the building a few months ago. I have had to throw away my water cooler and other furniture now as roaches have started to live there. When you call for them to come spray they take weeks before getting to you all for it to do nothing. The maintenance are idiots and speak no English. They are rude and half do things, then when you tell the office they say they have no control over their work. The third floor left her kids and the apartment flooded the building, it brought gnats and the house smelled horrible for weeks. All they did was spray paint the stains from the water running through the walls. Nicole is the manager but will never give you her boss to speak to. She constantly stays in court. They do no real check and let anybody move in, no reference check, employment nothing! I have small kids that have been bitten by ants and spiders and had to go to the emergency room, and they still do nothing. This is the worse place to live...find somewhere else definitely not worth $966!! This place needs to be inspected and brought up to code as no one is doing so. I hate that I am locked into a lease, so ready to get out of here!!!

The management is very very ratchet and unprofessional find you something better for the price they want i currently live in they Merrillville complex once they bought the propertie they let anybody move in. Poor lighting cars are getting broke into maintenance workers are all Mexicans but they work hard but they need a better boss for the work they do. Trash everywhere the Mexican work hard to try and keep the yard clean but the ratchet tentants keep trash everywhere. Keisha and Victoria are both full of bs Nicole stay in court or that's the lie they tell people that call because tentants are leaving without paying there rent i don't blame them for leaving they don't care anyway. Bad reviews bad reviews be ware find you something better clean and professional. Last but not least if you call them complaining too much they won't answer your call but if you call from another number they will answer.RATCHET my bathroom sink been clogged for a whole 3 months they got the Mexicans doing brick work when they need to be fixing things in tentants apartments. I'm glad my lease is up in july 2017.. Good Luck if you select these people as your landlord..smh

We moved into the Apt in April and it was so dirty, unkempt. Everywhere stink. I called the property manager regarding the kitchen cabinet that needed fixing and she told me she put in an order for new cabinets. It's 6 weeks already and the cabinet she supposedly ordered is yet to arrive. Toilet keeps leaking underneath and everything is just messy. This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in...will be contacting health department soon. Jan. 2015 -So, we got a job in another city and wanted to get out of our lease, we were told that we have to pay 2 months rents to get out. We have spent 8 months out of 12 months lease, you would think the Management would consider that. We've written 2 letters to them already, and they won't even respond. This place is the worst apartment I have ever lived. I would not recommend this to anyone at all

I moved in to Peachtree Apartments in December 2020 and have had problem after problem. Washer/dryer unit was broken when I moved in. Carpet wasn't secured to the floor and is full of snags and holes. Shower walls are covered with cheap cover that isn't attached properly and pulls away from the tile underneath. Within weeks of moving in, dirty water flooded out of my toilet and bathtub and soaked the floor and carpets with an inch or so of water. Office sent a carpet cleaner who spent 5 minutes vacuuming up the water and then left. This happened two more times before a plumber was sent out to find out why it was happening. Water leaking from upstairs has filled light fixtures and resulted in puddles on the floors. A broken downspout outside lead to my bedroom flooding more than once - it took a month for it to be fixed and the water damage was just painted over, not fixed. Twice now, the heat has broken to the point where I can't control it with the thermostat and it got so hot I had to open windows - in the winter - in order for it to be cool enough inside for my kids to sleep. Heard animals scratching around in the ceiling/walls about a month ago, and nothing was done about it until something chewed through the bathroom ceiling. Next door neighbors are loud, blasting heavy base music all hours of the night and shooting off guns in the courtyard randomly. Office staff is pretty friendly and does what they can within the confines of the owners, but I URGE anyone considering living here NOT to. I regret resigning my lease and should have just found ANYTHING else.

Never again will I rent from this property. Horrible people to deal with. Management is a absolute joke. Never have I experienced a place like this. Upon moving in we were told that there was a small ant issue. That is NOT the case. It is infested with ants and no matter how much you clean, they come back. While we were there my son accidentally locked his bedroom door and we couldn't get in. We called the emergency maintenance and they told us it wasn't an emergency we'll get there when we get there. Nonetheless my sons clothes were in that room and he left the light on so we were charged for electricity that was not being used. But that was not their problem. Also they never told us the AC unit was broken and when we went to use it water was leaking into the wall underneath. Then upon moving out we are told there is a fee for moving stuff out the back door when we were told it was ok for us since our apartment was in the back. Also being told we HAVE to make an appointment to move out stuff. This place is a disgrace and a joke. Beware if you move here.

I haven’t had any problems. I like how they are willing to work with you if things get difficult. Also, I love the maintenance guys...they are so friendly and full of laughter and smiles. As for my apartment I’ve been there almost three years and rarely have to call maintenance. My neighbors are quiet and friendly. I just wish we had better lighting in the parking lot and working door bells.

I have been leasing a unit from Dynasty properties since October 2018. I recently made a maintenance request to repair my doorbell that stopped working. A family friend who is an electrician, looked at the doorbell and told me that the amp that the doorbell require replacement, as it was not strong enough, and had died. I put in a maintenance request to have the doorbell repaired and was told that my doorbell could not be repaired mind. The amp only cost $35. I work from home and I have a lot of deliveries that are related to supplies and materials that I need from my job in order to do my daily activities for work. I have been missing a lot of packages because FedEx and UPS require signature and by me not having a doorbell. I often miss when they knock on the door because it’s a two-story townhome. I think it’s sad that a property management company can’t spend $35 to replace the amp to power my doorbell when I pay them $1225 a month to rent a place from them dynasty properties I will not be renewing my lease with the company next year , please take better care of your rental units and invest in them. It’s a shame that a $35 amp can’t be replaced for tenant to have a functioning doorbell.

Been here for six years .The building is always nasty, the doors are not secure. And if you don't want to resign a lease they make you pay 150% more, I don't think that's fair, especially when you are already struggling and already paying late fees.
