I
appreciated
my
experience
and
I’m
very
satisfied
with
my
care
and
exam
And
I’m
relieved
to
know
my
problem
is
“just
a
part
of
getting
old”
I
didn’t
take
offense
🤣
to
that
comment
Doc.
The
wait
time
however
was
a
bit
excessive
(with
my
healthcare
background)
I
understand
the
need
to
over
book
to
accommodate
patients
sometimes
especially
regarding
specialized
care
but
arriving
at
12:10ish
for
a
12:15
appointment
and
not
being
called
into
a
room
until
1:37ish
with
no
acknowledgment
of
delays
not
cool
at
all.
My
assistant
was
very
nice,
friendly,
professional
and
excellent
in
her
examination
unfortunately
she
didn’t
introduce
herself
so
I
can’t
put
her
name
to
her
accolades.
I
wasn’t
greeted
when
I
came
in,
I
saw
the
signs
that
read
“Form
one
line”
so
got
in
the
line
to
check
in
then
someone
explained
the
check
in
kiosk
process
as
she
was
passing
by.
PERHAPS
YOU
COULD
MAKE
THE
KIOSK
SIGN
BIGGER
(for
NEW
AND
VISUALLY
IMPAIRED)
again
I’m
satisfied
with
my
care,
appreciate
your
work
and
clear
compassion
you
have,
these
are
just
some
things
I
noticed.
