    My appointment was at 3:00 I didn’t get to see the doctor until 4:05. This is not acceptable, but if you’re late, then they want to either charge you a late fee or cancel your appointment altogether. They should also have some repercussions. The people at the front desk should pay attention to who’s next in line my time is valuable too. It shouldn’t have taken that long for eye pressure check.

    A 100% satisfied with the doctor and all of the staff. They're very friendly and I like the fact that they seem to enjoy working with each other. Throughout the entire procedure, they made me feel very comfortable and the procedure was very painless. Great job all around. Rick McCain

    Very fast waiting period. Everyone was nice and professional. I love my doctor. He is professional, and always nice. Not to mention he is very personable. You are not just a medical number there. I will recommend this facility.

    This was my first appointment to this facility. Upon entering, the first staff member kindly told me which floor to go to. When I checked in, seating accommodations were made due to my natural large size (8.5yrs HS/College/Pro football). During my dual examination, the staff was cordial and professional, answering any question I had. Overall, the experience was 5 of 5.     I would like to say that the staff at the Midwest Eye Center in Lansing IL are so professional and very well equipped. I was very nervous about my eye exam but the staff there made me feel so comfortable,and I would refer anyone who is having issues with their vision. I would like to say thank you to the staff. 😊

    My wife and I have been seeing our doctors at Midwest Eye Clinic in Calumet City for years. In the last year or so service has become VERY slow. For example, my appointment today was at 8:15 AM; I did not get called until 8:43 AM. Technician Brittany was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL. She should be PROMOTED and PAID to train others on customer service and professionalism. Five (5) stars for Brittany. Unfortunately, two (2) stars for slow service.

    I appreciated my experience and I’m very satisfied with my care and exam And I’m relieved to know my problem is “just a part of getting old” I didn’t take offense 🤣 to that comment Doc. The wait time however was a bit excessive (with my healthcare background) I understand the need to over book to accommodate patients sometimes especially regarding specialized care but arriving at 12:10ish for a 12:15 appointment and not being called into a room until 1:37ish with no acknowledgment of delays not cool at all. My assistant was very nice, friendly, professional and excellent in her examination unfortunately she didn’t introduce herself so I can’t put her name to her accolades. I wasn’t greeted when I came in, I saw the signs that read “Form one line” so got in the line to check in then someone explained the check in kiosk process as she was passing by. PERHAPS YOU COULD MAKE THE KIOSK SIGN BIGGER (for NEW AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED) again I’m satisfied with my care, appreciate your work and clear compassion you have, these are just some things I noticed. Thank you

    Upon making my appointment I was not informed I had to make two separate eye appointments. I arrived thinking I would receive a full eye exam and a Diabetic eye exam and walk out with a new eye prescription. However, I was informed my appointment was only for a Diabetic eye exam and not a full eye exam. Staff Tech Amber was professional and apologized for the mix up and she was knowledge, patient and a over all nice young lady. However your call center needs to be retrained. I had an appt for 7:30, however, the doors didn't open until 7:38am, not professional or organized. I will not be returning to this site.
