I was greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist. I completed my forms for the intake process. I was educated and informed on how everything will work pertaining to my rehab. The doctor explained everything in detail and asked if I had any questions. I was very impressed with the services I received.

Wasn't expecting much But to my surprise, what a fantastic place. Everyone is so friendly, helpful. The Doctors are very understanding and actually listen to what I had to say. Thank you for making my days a lot easier . Definitely a good recommendation.

I have been a client for a couple of years. I experienced expert advice from professionals there. Very sincere with my pain and the best solution offered. Always taking care of in a timely manner for me because it very uncomfortable sitting for a period of time in those chairs on my back, so that's important. Very friendly and patient hearing my nagging moaning sounds. Even met with respect by the specialist and receptionist. Thanks so much for your services. Treatments are up to 75% effective but I am almost 65 y/o so considering i can't be made whole. But thank God for their help and that i was able to tolerate it enough to text even though I switched positions several times. Can't go no further even though I have more to say

Dr Tom Pontinen was caring and professional. He listened to my explanation of my pain and suggested options he could do to help me. He didn't rush through the explanation of the options and answered any questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a pain specialist.

MAPS Center For Pain Control treated me with care. They kept me from being uncomfortable and miserable. I appreciate every appointment and each Doctor. They understood all my concerns and sent the best representative and machine when I needed them most. My shoulder no longer hurt. My neck feels like it can hold up my head now without pain. My biggest relief and challenge was my Lower back pain. I would recommend everyone to them.

The services I received was great. The doctor was very easy to talk to about my pain and injury. He access my pain and gave medication and therapy needed to treat it. Because of his treatments, I feel much better and able to things that I couldn't do when I first came into his office.
