One star is for the vet's ability to adequately explain things when specifically requested and the generally pleasant receptionist staff, otherwise my experience here is something I wouldn't recommend to any pet lover. Staff walks into your exam room without introducing themselves or their involvement (I thought the vet tech was the vet the whole 5 min she provided initial assessment) , the clinic apparently lost records I sent to them beforehand on their online new client form and did not inform me they "ran out" of one of the vaccines I scheduled the appointment for in the first place saying it's on back order nationally. I called a vet clinic in Hammond and thankfully they have the vaccine my dog needs in stock and will give it to him in 2 weeks. I will not be returning to this clinic and have advised friends and family to avoid. I'm disappointed I won't be able to continue to support this local business due to their lack of professionalism. The vet did say she sends information after the appointment because she is too busy to explain things (positive Lyme test) during clinic. If she is so busy I'm certain the clinic can afford a much needed cosmetic upgrade.

It was the longest 61/2 days & 6 nights of my life!! With the miraculous work Dr. Davis performed on my best friend, Sully was released from the hospital today!! He was able to come home livelier & pain free to live out the rest of his life happy as can be & make mine happy!! I truly believe Dr. Davis' hands are guided by the Lord!! The staff is so caring & loving to the pets & treat the clients with the utmost care!! Her whole staff are blessings from God!! Would NEVER take Sully to any other doctor!! Sully really likes her & anyone my dog likes I appreciate!! Thank you for taking such great care of my little buddy!!

This place has poor communication they gave my puppy his first shot and put his weight down wrong on the paperwork. Then when we come back for a booster they would not let me in with my puppy. Then send someone out telling me it is 63 dollars if I can't come in how can I pay for it. I wouldn't send my puppy into the doctor and not go in how done I know if you did what your charging me for. I would not recommend to anyone that loves there pet.

I received a quote to have my cat spayed and declawed. I scheduled the appointment and dropped my cat off. When it was time for me to pick her up, the price was practically $300 MORE than the quoted price!! The person I spoke with on the phone basically stated there were system Issues which caused the discrepancy. Despite system issues or services rendered, a $300 difference should be cleared with the pet owner prior to the surgery, not when you’re ready to pick your fur baby up! It was an unplanned expense & it put me in a predicament I was unprepared for. But because I was notified AFTER everything was done, I had to pay it. I like the staff and it seems they took great care of my baby, but I’m extremely hesitant to do business with them again as a result of this $300 difference I had to pay.

I Have been taking my dog here for the past 2 yrs and just recently I took my dog somewhere else to get rabies shots they was mad and tried to charge me $40 for a nail trim. I was surprised by that. Very unprofessional. That's like McDonald's trying to charge you extra for a burger because you went to burger King. You're suppose to treat your people right no matter what. It's cool. I found a place that's more affordable and she doesn't charge for doctor visits. Nail clippings are 11$ and rabies only $25. With this doctor she only charges you for what you come for. NO DOCTOR VISIT FEES!!!!

*updated review* I took my cats here again. Didn’t like the service. Reduced my 3 stars to a one. I had to two kennels that I needed to bring from my car. Instead of helping, the vet assistant went inside. I had to bring in the two kennels while the assistant watched and talked to reception. Didn’t even bother to open the door for me. Also, the head vet is sweet but you can tell she uses car salesman tactics when she starts pushing her organic products. The interaction doesn’t “feel” genuine. ———— When I took my pregnant pet to this place, the handlers / assistants were nice and said if I had any questions To give them a call. Well, when I had questions and I gave them a call, the lady who picked told me she didn't know with an attitude. Didn't even bother to re-direct me to someone who did. In all, the service here is mixed. When I ask for advice, they just tell me to keep doing what I'm doing. For the prices they charge, I wish they were more specific about what I can do better, things to avoid, just things like that

They had my baby for 2 weeks and 2 days and spoiled her even more lol. They been taking card of my baby for over 9 years and I've never had one single problem. If your looking for a vet that treats your baby like you do come here. Thank you all for loving my baby

For the past 10 years, I've been bringing my dogs to Sibley Animal Hospital to see Dr. Davis and her staff. I randomly chose to come here because of their location. From the very first visit, they were caring and supportive of me being a new dog mom. The staff members played with my dogs so much they actually whined to go inside the building. They took care of all our needs including allergies, advice, vaccine, injuries requiring surgery and even therapies that helped my 10 years old pitbull Diesel walk again. They understood and supported the ridiculous personalities of my spoiled pit bulls without an issue. When I had a puppy that I could not find at home for one of the staff members took her in he cared for her and loved on her as I would have. They knew that when my dogs are sick or injured that I become an emotional overbearing mess and they supported me through my emotional breakdowns. Unfortunately, we are moving to Florida and we are losing the Vet family we love and appreciate. I had an appointment for my dog KC and they took good care of my dog the people that work there are amazing 10 out 10 recommend

I have been bringing my doggies here for years. Most recently, I brought Bruno, one of my German Shepherds, because he couldn't walk all of a sudden. It would hurt him to stand on his back legs. After a few days in the hospital, Dr. Davis and her staff had my furbaby up and around again. So thankful for all their care and treatment!

I am satisfied with the services my dog received. Dr. Davis is very thorough, and the staff is diligent and courteous.

Back in the beginning of this month I had brought my cat in because he was in really bad shape, he wouldn't eat or drink and wouldn’t move much it turned out I was too late for it to be an easy treatment, in the end, it broke my heart, but I had to surrender him so he could get the proper treatment my heat was broken. It was about 3 weeks later they had called me to come and visit him and talk to the doctor. I came in to see my cat and he was 100% better moving around jumping and stretching I was in huge relief that he was just ok. After everything they ended up letting me take him home with after treatment and everything. I was really surprised with how nice caring and concerned the nurses felt even after when I was home they called to see how my cat was doing, and asked if he was “happy” and “ok” I feel like they truly care here. Ill definitely be bringing him back for anything he needs.

Every time I go out of town my baby boards here. I’ve never seen him so excited to leave me!! The excitement he has makes me feel good. Let’s me know he’s in great hands and is being well taken care of. Thank you for loving on my Bruno!❤️

The doctors and staff at Sibley Anim al Hospital have always been professional and delivered excellent care to my pet since my first visit in 2012. I have a second pet that will also come to the hospital for his annual visits, because of the great care my first pet received all these years and continues to receive !!!

Just wanted to say thank you to Dr.Davis and staff for being so patient and kind to my new rescue dog Baxter, He's struggling with anxiety and is a very nervous puppy. They were wonderful with him. Thank you again for your kindness with us..

March 30th, 2022 was my first visit at Sibley Animal Hospital. I was very pleased with how well the facility was clean and how nice the staff were at this facility as this is very important to me and my pet. I have been to a few facilities for Ranly that I was not please with nor would I recommend. I was please with I left Sibley Animal Hosp, I called my daughters right away and said that I found the right place for Ranly. I would definitely recommend this place.

I met Dr. Davis and the staff 3 years ago when I took Mocha and Shadow for their vaccines. During that time, I also needed to board them for a weekend while I attended a conference and they took them in on short notice. The staff is very professional and they know how to handle the most unruly pup. Both dogs adjusted very well and were somewhat reluctant to leave. The facility is clean and odorless. I highly recommend Sibley Hospital for all your pup needs.
