I love Pistachios! Here are some of my favorite things. The online experience has been great! You can text the staff from the website and they will answer any questions and model anything you want! They can tell you how the pieces are made. They must be artists, too. Since the pandemic, I had a private appointment in the gallery and that was pretty fun! I felt very safe. They had hand sanitizer, alcohol swabs and latex gloves. I think they clean the entire place after every customer. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable but not pushy. I can’t wait to get my next pair of earrings! I already know which ones I want....

Hands down my favorite jewelry store. Every time I visit Chicago I visit and get a piece or two. Very unique curated, handcrafted one of a kind jewelry. I pretty much only wear jewelry from here and get compliments all the time. They aren't showy pieces-- just very well designed and constructed. I love this store so much.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Stumbled upon it completely by accident and I’m so glad I did. It’s a small business run by the 2 nicest women you will ever meet. They were incredibly helpful in helping me pick out a gift for my mom. Huge range of styles and price point, from really affordable to fine jewelry for those really special occasions. It took every ounce of self control not to leave with ten things for myself, but I’ll be back.

This shop has the most beautiful jewelry made by amazing local and international artists. Every time I've visited the customer service has been fantastic with very knowledgeable staff that always source the perfect pieces for my friends and family. The quality of materials and stones are top notch and I would 10/10 recommended Pistachio's for all your gifting (or collecting!) needs.

From the moment I first laid eyes on this place on a casual stroll on my way elsewhere, I knew this place had "ME" written all over it. I have purchased many items over the years and I can honestly say I still enjoy my Pistachios pieces very much. After many years of perusing their gorgeous jewelry, I find that the quality, selection and uniqueness remains solid and top notch. Although I don't live in the area anymore, it is still one of my go-to places - it's that great. If you appreciate handcrafted, modern style jewelry, from simple studs to the more avant-garde, this place is for you. A true gem.

A lovely jewelry store with great customer service. Such a unique selection! I was looking for a pair of fun earrings to wear during a virtual presentation. Staff went above and beyond sending me lots of photo options to help me decide what to get.

I wIll never return to Pistachios & don't recommend that people come. Both my friend's and my permanent bracelet broke within a few short weeks and they were incredibly rude and lacked empathy when we attempted to get them re-attached. They have cheap products that don't stay "permanent" as the name would suggest, and deliver incredibly poor customer service.

Love this gallery! All pieces (any style imaginable) are created by artists. Owner and staff (artists themselves) were really helpful during COVID- providing details and additional pictures. Received shipment quickly so I still have time to order more before Christmas! I love giving unique gifts and Pistachios never fails!

Pistachios is my favorite place to shop in Chicago, and their staff really go the extra mile for their customers. They have a unique and beautiful selection, and ever since I’ve moved to LA, the owner Jessica has been amazing about sending me curated selections with photos and measurements when I’m not sure what I’m looking for. I got two of my Permanent Bracelets from Pistachios and I love them!! The jewelry tech was so friendly and the staff was incredibly nice. I love that they’re right downtown so I can stop by on my way to other events. Will definitely continue to go to Pistachios for my Permanent Jewelry.
