This is located near the Idukki reservoir. It is a very new place, established around one year ago. There are 7 cottages located amidst a lush tea estate. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. We stayed there for 5 nights and can say with confidence that this is an absolutely amazing place and a must visit. The location is exactly as shown on the website. Mr. Shijo, Mr. Sunil, Mr. Jose and Mr. Jobbin manage the property and take care of the guests splendidly. The staff went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was wonderful. They would always put a lot of effort to make amazing dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They would also provide information about the local places to visit and advice about the routes to be taken. They do provide in-room dining as well as have a properly maintained common eating area too. Just a few notes for travellers: This hotel is in the high range/altitude. So most of the amenities which are very easily available in the lower plains, could sometimes be difficult to manage during rough weather etc ie electricity and electricity-dependent services (although they do have generators to compensate for any power cuts). The access road to the hotel is a narrow 3km road straight UP from the main NH road. So drive carefully because the fog tends to creep up suddenly, making it difficult to see afar while driving. They do have a place for the drivers to sleep and parking is available. Don't expect a buffet breakfast with a lavish array of dishes which would ultimately get wasted, as in large hotels. Just inform them what you need beforehand (breakfast/ lunch/dinner) and they will provide a very delicious, healthy and homely meal.

We truly enjoyed the stay at 10DegreesNorth. A place to relax and enjoy the nature at its best with amazing views. Clean and Neat cottages, food was good and we ended up having all 3 meals and evening snacks from here. Staffs are friendly and good service. Shijo, the caretaker was very helpful and always exceeded our expectations with his suggestions on food, places to visit / view points etc. BBQ night arranged here was also a memorable one. We stayed here for 2 nights and may extend the stay for one more night due to all the above reasons. Must visit location ❤️

We retired railway staff 19 members enjoyed our stay, homely food and hospitality of the resort staff from 2nd to 4th Feb 2024. It was really a heavenly type enjoyment. I thank all resort staff for their wonderful and memorable hospitality. 🙏

Had a wonderful time in 10 ° Degree North. Would recommend to all looking for a weekend getaway on mountains better than kumily/vagamon. The view outside from balcony is mind-blowing.

It is a secluded space, away from the hustle and bustle of town. But it is an amazing place to stay and relax. Food made by Shijo and team is terrific. The misty mountain view is picturesque. Place and clean and quiet.

The location was excellent. There was mist in the evening and the view from the rooms were just beautiful. We booked four cottages and they were all kept very clean. The staff was also very friendly and they cooked very tasty food. Wonderful experience all together!

10 degrees north by avni group is a paradise for people who loves waking up to misty mountains and lush greenery. I must say the place is just beyond beautiful. The view is breathtaking and the hospitality is really commendable. Mr. Sijo and his team will make you feel at home with their friendly approach and tasty home made food. Great place offering amazing views and a calm atmosphere. Jo and the rest of the crew were super friendly and helpful. The food these guys provided was amazing. We had breakfast and dinner here but you can also have lunch if you like. Credit card payment seemed to be possible again.

10 Degrees North is one of the most beautiful Cottage in the midst of mountains and the view from the cottage is extraordinary. The lush green surrounding is the cherry on the cake. We came on a holiday trip with family,had one of the most memorable stay. AThe rooms are spacious and super clean. Shijo who is incharge of the Resort made sure we had a comfortable stay. We came to celebrate our daughters birthday. And shijo had made all arrangements from Cake to decorations. Thank you to the whole team and the Chef Jose chettan who made some delicious food for us. The whole team was warm and pleasing and they made us feel like a family. Thank you to the whole team of 10 degrees North for making our trip a memorable one.

An amazing place to cool off and be peacefull. It offers freshly cooked meals which pairs nicely with the very friendly workers there. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The cold and the wind adds to the total ambience of the resort. One of the best places to relax and have a nice time with family and friends
