I have to say I was very impressed by the quickness of my message being return in minutes. The technician was excellent, he really knew his job very well. He was on time as well. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable since my vehicle had another fob and key combo that wasn't meant for my car. He set me up with a brand new one that had the fob separate from the key like it should been. Now my new key will be my daily use and the old one as a back up since the new one works much better now. Fast, professional, and was quickly able to pick the lock to get me inside my home. Other locksmiths that I called in the past were never able to pick the lock even though they tried their best. Other lock smiths had to replace the entire lock which was very costly. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a locksmith. I called them to make new keys and program key fobs for my Jeep. They came to my location and got it done very promptly. They were also very courteous and professional. Ilia was very kind to help me out a few months later when I was having issues getting into my car. He immediately came to help and make sure it wasn’t the key fobs and determined it was the car battery. Excellent and reliable service.

I had my car key cut and programmed by this company a month ago and I thought it was convenient at that time until it stopped working yesterday. I went to the Nissan dealership because I thought the car key needed new batteries, but it turned out that they sold me an aftermarket key and it just stopped working even after replacing the battery. I had to spend another $500 to get the actual key from Nissan, and when I called this locksmith company for a refund, they told me that they weren’t able to refund it and can only program the key for me, which wouldn’t make sense if it could happen again and it has only been a month. They also never told me that this was an aftermarket and I had to find out myself (I didn’t even know aftermarket keys existed and they obviously took advantage of that.) It’s just a shame because I had told him then that my belongings and bag got stolen with my keys and trusted them to replace my car keys just to find out that I got scammed again.

These guys did a very professional job, albeit with a few hiccups at first. Initially I only ordered one key and for whatever reason my 2008 Acura TL Type S required two keys for everything to work properly as far as memory settings went, and assigning a “Master” key. The owner took care of it personally and resolved the issue. I appreciate that kind of commitment to one’s Brand and Customer Service in general. I will use again if needed and would 💯 recommend.
