We're from Japan, but we found the services here have no different, even better than in Japan, our family had a lifetime memory after 4 days stayed at Duyen Ha resort. And even in the off-season, the resort keeps their services as best !! We love the food, teatime, morning buffet, massage, spa, pool, and kid's room ... very relaxed and enjoy Thanks

A monstrous resort with chalets villas and a adjacent hotel with wavy balconies over looking the wide facade of beautiful beach of cam ranh unobstructed view of the sea. Stayed on several occasions and believe there is much of potential with such a magnificent place.

Stunning 5 star resort along the golden strip of Cam Ranh. I have stayed at a number of resorts along here and this is the best so far. The garden is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. The staff are nice and the swimming pools and beach are amazing. Good restaurant menu and breakfast. Book a villa and stay a few nights to enjoy their hospitality and luxury.

Why I give 3 stars? Because I had pretty bad experience with the resort. It’s not 5 stars at all. The general things were fine but when we first arrived, there was unwelcome us. The resort didn’t show Thy they want us, didn’t show that they welcome guest at all. Not any of 5 stars hotel don’t serve water to guest while they’re checking in or waiting to check in. But Duyen Ha did. We arrived pretty early and waited to check in and guess what, we had to buy a small bottle of water with nearly 2$ (40k vnđ) which is very shock to me. I think Duyen Ha really need to work on this because this show very unwelcoming. On the positive side, location, decorations and foods was fine.

Absolutely relaxable place. Beautiful property with a huge tropical area and a breezy private beach. Nice staff, what else do you need for your vacation? :)

One of my most favourite resort in Cam Ranh. Everything ok, make me comforatble. From food, room to service, pool.

The complex is really beautiful, well-kept and green. The bungalows are beautiful, huge and clean. The WiFi works very well throughout the resort. The pool near the beach is very nice and huge. The breakfast buffet is excellent, but on some days an a la carte breakfast with a reduced menu is offered. The bungalows have a kitchenette with a stove and a microwave, but their use is prohibited. Unfortunately the beach was completely closed during our stay. Swimming was forbidden and also entering the beach was not allowed. Therefore, the benefit from the direct beach location is rather little. Other than that, the location is secluded, with no restaurants or attractions within walking distance. Excursions can be booked through the resort, but other than that, it doesn't make much sense to leave the hotel. For us this was fine for a few days but should be considered for a longer stay.

It is not far from airport, yet very far from Nha Trang city. The beach is cleaned by staffs so it's tidy and neat. Due to the large area, needs to travel around with buggy. Yet buggy is quite limited so gotta be extremely patient. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. The resort is quite understaffed. Not all parts are well maintained. Gym equipments are good. Overall staffs are helpful.

Let me start by telling you that this place is not a five-star resort but at most a 4 stars given the service and facilities the hotel offers ( here in Vietnam its the authority that gives the 5 stars, not a hotel association, no wonder why the pretend to be a 5 stars resort, what a joke!) The staff: The moment we arrived, we didn't feel welcome. The staff was rude, and the first thing they asked after my passport was my visa ? Sorry, what ? Are you an immigration officer ?Do you have the authority to check my immigration status, i don't think so, I've been to several resorts.around and they never ask me that... The front office girl even show me a list of country that they check and other that they don't so this is pure discrimination.....!!!, The staff was not smiling, nor were they speaking English ( but they were speaking Chinese vert well, you understand which client they are targeting, clearly the Chinese, no wonder why i didn't see 1 single Western during my 2 days stays.) The room : It was okay, but you could see that this is not well maintained and it is getting older ( not really what you expect for a resort...) The Hotel: The hotel is badly maintained, the land is not well maintained the grass is gone, the river next to the Villa smells bad, when you go to the beach you're surprised to discover that they didn't display a deckchair bed even though the sea was not good for swimming it doesn't mean that I will not lay down and relax! There is a garbage dump on the beach !!!!! The restaurant beach house is terribly expensive and the quality of the western food is bad! Again, a Vietnamese cook doesn't have the knowledge on how to cook the western food... The only good thing at this hotel is the breakfast, which has a large number of dishes. This hotel is good enough for Vietnamese or Chinese. You can clearly see that they're attracting Chinese ( with the casino), it is a Vietnamese hotel group, managed by Vietnamese, and it does not follow any international standards in terms of resort... I would not recommend this place at all and will advise you to prefer an international brand such as Movenpick ( for a little more money). we went there, and it was amazing!!!

Nearly perfect Before the Corona outbreak, we were guests at Duyen Ha four times. Every time we have rented a 2BR pool villa there. So now again on the last weekend from May 13th to 5th, 2022. The entire staff made a very competent, helpful and friendly impression. The villa was again nicely equipped and our grandson was immediately in the pool. We first enjoyed the delicious complimentary high tea at the Beachhouse, with a great selection of pastries and sandwiches. The entire area was again very well maintained and fortunately it was not overcrowded. The breakfast on Saturday morning in the Beachhouse was very good and you could enjoy everything in peace. Dinner at the Beachhouse wasn't bad, but our Vietnamese family didn't like the Vietnamese set menu. The spaghetti carbonara was missing a lot of parmesan. Unfortunately the Beachhouse was closed on Sunday morning. So we had to go to the breakfast buffet at Xin Moi. It was so loud in the dining room that you couldn't hear your own words. Vietnamese families shouted loudly across the tables as if you were in a street restaurant. Consideration was and is a foreign word in Vietnam. Just the sight of the leftovers lying around on the tables caused nausea. This is where management needs to step in. That's not how you behave in a 5 star resort. This must be clear to everyone and signs may have to be hung up or flyers distributed explaining which manners are required. Except for this Sunday experience, it was again a great stay, which our grandson traditionally ended with tears in his eyes. He would like to stay there forever.

My wife had an urgent medical issue during midnight while our stay at the pool villa. Thanks to immediate action taken from the resort staffs and the nurse, she was able to go to hospital near by to take the treatment and now fully recovered. I can’t thank enough for the selfless service your staffs have provided while our stay in here. Thank you so much Duyen Ha and the all of the staffs at midnight, especially Nguyen Thi Hoang Hanh for the excellence jn service. Thank you, and thank you.

Overall, I had a great stay at the 2-bedroom villa. The design and cleanliness of the villa were excellent. However, I would have rated the stay 5 stars if the staff were more friendly. They rarely smiled, and the buggy drivers drove too fast when passing by walking guests. On our last day of stay, there were a lot of noisy Chinese guests.

Very nice and clean resort. Staff was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We were on our honeymoon and our room was specially decorated and we got a honeymoon cake. I can definitely recommend this resort!

I have been to many 5-star hotels and resorts in Cam Ranh and Nha Trang but this one is by far the best. The food was so good! Especially the japanese restaurant was amazing!

Everything perfect. There is a beutiful beach and sea. There are two swimming pool with a zone for joung childrens. One swimming pool is just in front of the sea. There is only one restaurant even if it's written they have four restaurant. But if you go out from the restaurant you can find many fish restaurant and they have also pick up to carry you there.

Not surprisingly customer service super low like in the most of Vietnam. When u try to book daypass they say to come and book directly at the resort. When u make a long way to get there and book directly at the resort the reception guy gonna tell u they r full and dont accept any customers. So u just made long way to be kicked out. Rev.: To be fair later on i was apologised and suggested free pool combo daypass for two people as an excuse measure. So i changed my service rate from 1 star to 4 stars.

I have only seen one of the front desk staff smiled during the four days I stayed in the hotel. When I asked whether there will be a lot of rain in September, a female front desk staff showed me a price list of the hotel rooms. Breakfast spread was good. Afternoon tea that comes with the booking is a joke. The only available drinks are water, tea and coffee. Fruits and some not too appetizing cakes were served. We gave it up from the second day onwards. Lifesaver at the beach is always on duty. Front desk staff said that we can pool two sessions of complimentary foot massage to be enjoyed in one day. But when we booked at the spa on the second day of our stay they refused to let us do so, saying that the spa was too busy, so two sessions of 30 minutes massage were forfeited. And they don't let you choose your preferred time for the massage but literally fit you into the next available time slot. The most horrendous encounter was fleas in the foot massage area. I have no less than 10 flea bites on my butt and upper leg part which was well-covered after one 30 minute session. I stayed in Radisson blu hotel nearby two months ago which was way much better and newer. So book your room early or you will have to end up staying in this hotel like me as all the villas in other hotels have run out during high season. We had two lunches in the beach house. The pizza was too thick and soaky and they put a lot of sugar in all of the pasta to balance the chilli. Call K10 seafood or nearby seafood restaurant to pick you up for lunch or dinner.

My family has enjoyed here in 3 days 2 nights at villa 2 bed rooms- villa 6107, run far away noise from busy city via " Fall Escape " Duyen Ha package. With various luxury facilities, we're impressed and love it, like, pick up and drop off services by Mecedes- Benz, pleasant scent at lobby when checked in, atmosphere is green with many different trees and flowers without follow any rules, it’s planted by the best naturally way. Breakfast and dinner are perfect: good foods, good drinks, nice ocean view at The Beach House. While my kids are playing at Kid club, I can go to Duyen Ha Shop to buy something needed. Resort has free shuttle bus to city but we don't need, we want to save my whole vacation time in resort to enjoy it. Swim, play golf and do exercise at Gym Center, have lunch at villa with in-room dining service. Enjoy afternoon tea at restaurant, free sing Karaoke at Juke Box, my husband ordered a Singapore Sling cocktail and I ordered one Strawjto mocktail to enjoy at the highest floor- Sky Lounge and more… That’s really fantastic experiences. Especially Lagoona Spa that is built on the lake with private treatment houses, the therapist will bring you the most comfortable moments, ... The resort is green with beautiful garden and landscape. The room is spacios and clean with sea view from the large balcony. Staff is friendly and attentative. Service is excellent at restaurants. The spa is super extraordinary! I love the food at the beach house. The beah is clean and the beach team is helpful.

We didn't expect this place could be such amazing. The resort is big and beautiful, nice decoration, the restaurant for breakfast has awesome ocean view to enjoy. Breakfast is big here with many foods to choose. Room is spacious, especially the bathroom is huge, bathtub is enjoyable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, which is one of the reason makes us like this place more. Highly recommend this resort for nice experience!

Amazing experience at Duyen Ha Resort Cam Ranh! We were extremely impressed by more-than-friendly and enthusiastic staff as well as high class infrastructure of the premises. Even our unspoken wishes and needs were promptly met. Spacious 2 bedroom villa; huge and enjoyable bathtub; cozy woodwork interior; wide choices for buffet and restaurant menu... We agreed with the manager to visit a hotel, we came here from Nha Trang, but they don’t let us in here!?!! Customer focus at zero unity.

Its a HUGE resort with a tall buidling for hotel-like-rooms and villas. 2 giant pools, a few restaurants, own spa and karaoke sections. Staff is super friendly. Facility is 4.5 star standards but there are a few minus points: - the room is not sound proof. You can hear people walking and talking next door or in the hall way - breakfast is poor - amenity kit feels cheap with low quality products - the ventilation in the shower room doesnt work Overall its still worth the stay with a very affordable price

Stranger jungle on the beach. Fake river inside resort is looking dirty. Not all the rooms have sea view.

I stayed at Duyen Ha in August. It was the best place I've ever stayed. The whole staff of Duyen Ha was so friendly and kind. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was super tasty. Their afternoon tea was perfect too! If I ever get a chance to go the Cam Ranh, I will stay at Duyen ha for sure!!! Especailly the manger Nguyen Thi hoang Hanh was very helpful thoughout our whole stay. Once agian, I really appreciate everything that the staff of Duyen Ha Resort did to us. Thank you!

One of my child liked this resort better than Intercontinental. The children loved the swimming pool and the private beach. The floor of Kids club was little dirty but nice. Wish casino and restaurants were open.
