We
have
just
returned
from
a
4
night
wonderful
stay
at
the
Corinthia.
The
rooms
are
lovely
(we
stayed
in
a
King
Deluxe),
cocktails
in
the
Soul
Garden
are
delicious,
and
the
food
in
Erva
is
superb.
A
luxury
hotel
that
is
incredibly
family
friendly,
my
6yr
old
daughter
thoroughly
enjoyed
our
morning
visits
to
the
pool,
as
well
as
collecting
her
passport
stamps
(given
to
her
by
the
reception
team)
from
each
area
and
service
in
the
hotel.
The
room
service
options
for
children
were
tasty
with
some
good
healthy
options
too.
My
only
criticism
would
be
signage
and
communication
regarding
the
continental
breakfast
in
the
spa
area.
On
our
second
morning
at
the
pool
we
were
approached
by
a
member
of
staff
from
the
spa
advising
that
the
breakfast
was
not
complimentary
(although
she
would
not
charge
us
that
day)
and
that
they
had
received
complaints
that
the
food
had
been
eaten
from
spa
members.
The
staff
member
was
clearly
annoyed
and
quite
accusatory.
I
apologised
and
informed
her
that
I
had
made
a
point
to
enquire
about
the
breakfast
the
day
before
when
her
colleague
had
blatantly
misinformed
us.
Clearly
a
miscommunication
but
I
would
have
thought
it
obvious
that
our
family
were
not
spa
members
given
that
we
are
English
and
wearing
the
hotel
bath
robes,
I’m
not
sure
why
she
told
us
the
breakfast
was
complimentary?
Other
hotel
guests
had
assumed
the
same
as
us
and
eaten
the
food
too
but
we
were
singled
out
which
was
a
little
embarrassing.
Needless
to
say
we
did
not
return
to
the
pool
for
the
rest
of
the
trip.
Other
than
that,
a
fabulous
stay
in
Lisbon.
