Great store! Dan was super helpful, he helped me pick the perfect frames and adjusted them for me so they fit perfectly. Normally can’t pick frames for myself but he made it super easy. Good inventory too and good deals on frames.

I had a pair of Tiffany sunglasses that were bought about 15 years ago and I recently scratched the lenses. I found this particular location during a Google search and they went above and beyond to help me. Yani helped me order the lenses, somehow able to read the specs which were very faded on my frames. She also initially tried to help me put the new lenses on when they came but unfortunately, my frames very much did not want new lenses. Between her, Jake, and Frankie (a manager from the location near the Croc store at the Outlets), they worked on my frames for an hour and ultimately referred me to Target Optical who were also very kind and helpful and my glasses were finally able to be fixed! I’m so grateful for how kind and patient Yani, Jake, and Frankie were! Coming from someone who works in a luxury hotel, their customer service was incredible and they truly went above and beyond. Thank you!

Would recommend this Sunglass hut to anyone! I went in the store not sure what pair of glasses I wanted. The associate by the name Tori help me out and helped picked out TWO great pairs for me. She made me feel welcomed and she really seemed invested and genuine in helping me find the perfect pair. 10/10 would recommend.
