We
bought
two
pairs
of
sunglasses.
The
representatives
were
at
first
nice.
We
spent
some
time
there
choosing
two
pairs
of
glasses
(like
one
hour),
as
I
was
excited
about
discounts
and
stuff,
the
representative
said
for
one
pair
it
would
be
90%
off
(sales
range)
if
we
bought
the
2nd
pair
(expensive
range).
My
first
pair
was
kind
of
what
I
was
looking
for,
and
the
second
was
okay.
We
happily
proceeded
even
though
I
was
not
intending
to
buy
the
second
pair
and
was
okay
to
buy
just
one
for
the
full
price.
Then
two
things.
They
quickly
cleaned
the
glasses
and
when
I
asked
them
to
clean
the
first
pair
again
as
they
were
not
clean
enough,
they
turned
dissatisfied
and
didn’t
even
bother
to
be
polite
anymore.
Then,
when
we
paid,
the
firs
pair
was
actually
not
90%
off.
Since
we
spent
so
much
time
there
we
decided
to
still
buy.
But
I
was
upset
about
the
fact
of
intentional
misleading.
I
was
not
even
asking
for
that.
Anyways
that’s
my
experience.
I
hope
the
representatives
learn
more
about
customer
service
(especially
it
is
not
cheap
to
shop
there,
you
know)
and
their
future
customers
have
better
experiences.
