Highly reccomend this hotel. The location is very safe and close to the beach. The room was very cared for, bed very very comfortable and all very clean. The person who checked us in was so friendly and had a nice conversation with the child in our group. Also, lots of flowers in the parking lot that attracted some birds for the birdwatchers in our group to enjoy

Nice enough owner but I don't understand 4.5 stars. It's clean but dated. Bathroom fan didn't work. Nice TV with some premium channels. No ice. Nice bedding but the mattress was so soft you kinda sink in. Avoid if you need something firm. Call it 3.5 stars.

The owner is super friendly. He gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room! Once we arrived there, we were very surprised. The room is enormous! There are 3 double beds and a kitchenette. Everything is very clean and you will have all you need. The wifi is super fast and very good as well. There is lots of parking space in the front and the back of the building. I would recommend this place to everybody.

Great price and very nice people behind the desk it’s an old school feel with nice looking rooms. The one thing is no ice so be ready for that. Nice and quiet with a nice small shower. Bed could be firmer

Visiting family here in Ventura and came across the good reviews on this motels. This is definitely a gem. We've been on the road for a month traveling across the country and this was one of the nicest rooms we've come across. It's an older Mom and Pop motel that has been very nicely renovated. The beds and pillows were heavenly. They did not have an ice machine but there was a liquor store across the road where I was able to buy some. The refrigerator in the room had a freezer large enough to hold a bag of ice. Great stay.

We've only had exceptional service every time we've been here. I'm taking a dear friend who desperately needs a little getaway here next week. I know this place will be wonderful in advance. This is a place you can trust!
