We’ve been frequenting this location since 2015, and this time our stay was a complete disappointment. Essentially we spent over $1,000 for a three night stay resulting in our car being broken into and being robbed of over $2,000 in bicycles and equipment. We had no issue paying for parking; however they do not allow you to park your own vehicle. The last time we stayed, Valet lost our keys which is why we opted to keep our keys to ourselves. The bartender on duty yesterday was the rudest woman that’s ever served me. She literally dumped the last bit of champagne that was sitting there at the bar in a cup and when it was time to add orange juice, she laughed and said they were out and just sent me on my way. The male bartender made my next drink properly and said they weren’t out of orange juice so that’s just rude and lazy employee. I’m mostly disgusted that we were robbed as there is no security, cameras, or care and concern for people’s vehicles or property. The sink in our bathroom stunk and the bathroom lights didn’t work. When we asked for coffee essentials this morning we were told they’d send them up and never did. Absolutely lazy and careless. I would’ve expected this from a Motel 6 but not a hotel charging upwards of $300 an evening. What a waste of time and money this “vacation” was. Nothing like being robbed and treated poorly at an expensive place such as this. By all means if you want to drain your pockets and potentially get robbed, come stay here.

This was our first time staying at the Crowne Plaza in Ventura, and it was phenomenal. The rooms were immaculate, modern, and comfortable. Its location was among the best in comparison to some of the other nearby hotels. The view from the room of the ocean was another amenity that was very much appreciated. The staff were all very courteous and professional - everyone trying to assist you to the best of their ability. The only minor drawback was that breakfast is not complimentary or included in the price of the room. However, the food offered at the MooFish Cafe (operating inside the hotel) was splendid. Therefore, I would highly recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza if you are planning your getaway to Ventura.

I will like to say my wife and I were very please with our stay there at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Ventura Ca. We celebrated our anniversary of being married for 24 years there this weekend. It was amazing I will like to give a special thanks to Enrique the food and service manager. Thank you so much for what you’ve done for my wife and I it was amazing you made. I will stay there worthwhile. The staff was very nice helpful professional and very knowledgeable thank all of you for making this anniversary special!!!!

I went to the upgrade rooms floor 10. So I can't tell about the rest. The hotel is fine. People are nice. But from all the staff, Miranda did such a great job. I can tell this girl knows how an international hotel is run. You need more employees like her.

Our stay could not have been more pleasant! EVERYONE was so nice and friendly. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. We had a view of the ocean from our room's balcony. The restaurant's breakfast was great. We were able to walk along the boardwalk right outside the hotel. We had a VERY relaxing stay!!!
