Very lovely cafe with a great cause! The interior is lovely and decorated very well. I enjoyed the mixed salad and pressed juice; I would love to try other items next time. The sevice is lovely and the staff were friendly! + The bagels in the mornings are lovely!

Never mind all the good they're doing here, the coffee, sandwiches, cakes and service are incredible! Very quick service, and they bring it to your table after you've ordered it. A large selection and very tasty. Add to that the fact that they're helping the unemployed, and it's altogether a feel good trip:)

My first visit... I had met some friends and we just wandered away from Bond St Station, trying to find a good coffee place. We passed lots of fancy places, but they just didn't seem right. Finally we found Fair Shot Cafe, we walked in to a warm welcome... ordered my Cortado... I usually have to add sugar, but the coffee was so PERFECT, no sugar needed. Thanks guys! You have a great Barista Highly recommend ✨

New brunch place in Covent Garden! They have a wide variety of plant-based options to choose from. Their brunch menu is almost entirely plant-based, which is so impressive! I really liked their combination of beetroot and avocado on sourdough. Definitely coming again to try the other plant-based options! 🍵☕️

Beautiful interior, really great iced matcha and lovely staff. Great concept, it’s amazing that you give people with disabilities the opportunity to work, learn and develop their skills! Lovely place!!

We held our In Good Company launch event at Fair Shot recently and could not have asked for a more perfect event venue. The team were so helpful in the planning and in running things on the night. The space was perfect for our 45+ attendees having drinks and nibbles and socialising. The space feels professional whilst also being warm and inviting. We really couldn't have asked for better. We'll certainly return for future events and are keen to use their board room for smaller work-day events. A huge thank you to the team!!!

Had the smoked salmon bagel and a decaf cappuccino. The bagel was very tasty and filling- the cappuccino was also good. Service is great, staff are friendly and I absolutely loved how quiet and cozy this place was. Great for getting work done :)!!

Menu offers very limited options and the cream cheese in the salmon cream cheese sandwich is really overseasoned, however their cakes are absolutely amazing though, fluffy and light and goes so good with the drinks! Upstairs is actually closed but there are plenty of seats on the ground floor and surely relaxing place for work or a book!

What a lovely cafe and a gem of a find. I had a black Americano and huge pistachio croissant (came to around £8) which was delicious. They have a good selection of small cakes and cookies as well as pastries and savoury items like croissants with cheese and ham and smoked salmon bagels. The atmosphere is gorgeous and I can't get over the blush pink ceramics and marble tabletops. It also has a ethos where they support people with learning disabilities so all the more reason to stop by this particular coffee shop if you're in the area.

Great café! Smoked salmon bagel and blueberry cardamom bun are amazing! And the idea behind this cafe is to support individuals with learning disabilities with providing training and paid employment to them. So I would definitely recommend to go there.

Great Latte - beans used are by Curious Roo Coffee Roasters. I didn't have my coffee inside but the café seems like a great place to hang out or work in.

Great tasting coffee, super staff, and table service in a clean and welcoming space. Fair Shot Cafe became our favourite coffee place after our first visit! We ended up making several visits during our holiday in London, it's just a shame we live over 200 miles away :( I did buy some of the coffee beans though so at least I'll be able to try and replicate the coffees if not the place itself :)

The boardroom upstairs is a secret gem! Right in the heart of Covent Garden and super easy for all our team to get to. We used the space for a brainstorming session, and the flat-screen TV and whiteboard were extremely useful for our presentations. Plus, the catering options were a great add-on making it a hassle-free event.

Such a lovely place with an important mission! The coffee shop is a social enterprise that supports young adults with learning disabilities to obtain skills and enter the job market. The atmosphere is truly relaxed, even though the cafe is on a busy street, the staff is always super friendly and chatty 🥰

Service was very good and friendly, and the food was not bad. The chicken cranberry sub was pretty tasty, and we both liked the lemon cougette. The palmeria was fresh if a tad overly sweet. Everything was washed down with a soy latte and a charaitea lemonaid.

Really nice place both inside and the outside sitting area, for a fantastic idea: this is a charity and they employee disabled people. We didn’t order anything but wanted to promote them here 😊 Very friendly staff too. Good quality oat milk for their coffee and the food looked good

Amazing coffee shop in Mayfair, just a stone throw away from busy Oxford Street. Great customer service and coffee, the inside is beautifully decorated. It's always great to support a charity and its amazing to see what they are doing within the community and the London coffee scene. I would highly recommend coming for a coffee and leaving a donation. Check out my profile for more coffee reviews

We used the meeting space upstairs for a networking event & it was so amazing to have our own personal private area away from the café downstairs. Rachel was amazing in organising, making it super breezy and we were really grateful to have her share a few words on Fair Shot and the incredible work they’re doing. Keep it up.

Lovely Café, good place to relax in an otherwise crowded area. Good oat milk chai latte. We loved the ambiente with lots of plants and welcoming atmosphere.

Warmest welcome followed by a wonderfully calm place to sit for a bit - a welcome oasis a stones throw from Oxford street, and a breath of fresh air after a few standard unfriendly encounters at other London coffee shops! Not to mention an awesome idea I’d like to support. Coffee is good too!
