Amazing customer service every time I've been. Love it here, great local place to get bits and pieces for the layout, and it is often cheaper than big online retailers. Before lockdown they were very kind and helpful in the shop, and have a great selection of locomotives, wagons/coaches, road vehicles and more in popular gauges. Would recommend every time.

Ordered online for the first time with them. Had no issues whatsoever excellent service. All arrived safe and sound with shipment overseas. Would definitely use again (Browsing now) and hope one day to pay a visit to the actual store ! :)

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of items in store, loads of accessories and scenic items as well as starter train sets, Locos, coaches and wagons from all the manufacturers. They can arrange to have anything, not in the store, transferred from the warehouse for pickup from this shop as well if you call them in advance.

I agree. I went in for advice and whilst the assistant was pleasant and helpful, the manager was demeaning and condescending. I’ll not be buying my kit from there. He should accept that those new to the hobby are not familiar with the technology or terminology.

Excellent stock across a wide range of scales and gauges. O, OO, OO-9, N. Ready-to-run and kits. Locomotives on display in cabinets to view. Buildings, vehicles, figures, track, many types of accessories. Friendly staff. Loyalty scheme and mail order. Definitely worth a visit.
