11am: Very busy. Blue shirt appears to be focused but bitter & unapproachable. Coffee order was wrong. Lady at register was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. Really appreciated her demeanor. Blue shirt should try to smile, it wouldn't hurt her.

This particular Dunkin is hit or miss. Most of the time they miss their mark with me. I have ordered a Chai latte multiple times. I have only gotten Chai once. The rest have been coffee. I can't drink coffee. Also, it is never full of milk. Usually only 2/3 full. From now on it just get donuts. The only thing they get right.

They need to cook the bacon before giving it to people. This is ridiculous it’s raw.

Terrible. I ordered on the Dunkin app and when I pulled thru the drive thru they gave me the wrong order. When I came back thru to get the right food, the lady at the window swung through and tried to strangle me with raw bacon through my car window. How do you even do that? Gonna break anyway. Bagel bites were good though, but too high priced. Egg floods like diarrhea through your mouth.

I was not greeted, nor may I help you. I just wanted some donuts. I walked out without anything.

Great sausage & egg breakfast sandwich. Nice employees, too.

My favorite place for frozen coffee

Love how my girlfriend ordered a sandwich that originally had eggs, cheese, and sausage patty on bread. We get the sandwich and it's literally got two slices of cheese, just untoasted cheese on two pieces of untoasted bread. With God knows what "sprinkled" on the sandwich. Never even called or went back to correct the order as this is now becoming quote frequent. Start checking your guys orders
