Terrible returns experience. They use Evri (aka Hermes). Booked a home collection, waited in all day Saturday. Got email at 5.30pm to say they had tried delivery. No they hadn’t…I was downstairs for hours each side of the delivery time they stated, a camera picked up nothing. Got collected 4.30pm Monday, having waited in another day. Reported to The white company…no response. You have to pay for this return service! Will not be purchasing with them online again.

Went in here with the mrs. I don't get it. Products look to average to be that expensive. Was cool in store so give a few stars for that.

Been a while since I purchased anything from The White Company, the last bath mat lasted so long. Got an extra large grey bath mat, just what I needed. Lady who served us was excellent

Beautiful store...fabulous candles...the girl who served me was absolutely lovely, really helpfull and fab ! ...products wrapped beautiful in lovely bag....only problem is its a Christmas gift and I giving it away !! Will be back after Christmas for myself ...I do use the white company website ( which has been great service) but it was lovely to visit the cambridge store to see and touch products before purchase. Will definitely make a effort to go to the store in future. It's gorgeous !!!

3 weeks after placing an order I received none of the items. 7 calls to customer services, multiple promises of calls back which weren’t received. Such a waste of time. I now have a refund but would much rather have had the products and saved hours of time speaking with customer service. Not what I expected from this company. Very disappointed and won’t be shopping with them again.

Appalling online mail order delivery from White company. Ordered items and just got a refund 2 weeks later with no reason why. Try to call, and on hold forever. Disappointed - supposed to be a premium brand.
