I am from George and normally stop here for a bite and drink.... Was helped by a cashier name Maria. Came to the counter and greeted her she never greeted back. When my sale was done she gave me my change and I said thank you and did not got a reply back... I spoke to the manager and told him he must learn this cashier etiquette because she doesn't have any...

Always great looking fresh produce. Nothing old is left on display. Old Spar Graaff-Reinet is consistently good. My only complaint about both Spars is that older fresh produce is not displayed for customers to buy for discounted prices. Unlike pick n pay. We have observed it either being used for the cooked takeaway deli or bags full have been seen being booked out by staff. For that reason I know that I and other local would rather shop at Pick n- Pay. We don't feel that spar is part of the community.
