A mixed experience here. The offers that were advertised on their website were not honored. The games were fun. They check IDs at the door even though they are an arcade and it's 1pm on a Friday which I found bizarre. The David and busters in Philadelphia unless something has changed, only checks IDs at night. The ticket check out experience was painful. They had gloves and sanitizer available which is nice. I'll probably give it a second try

My grands really enjoyed themselves. That burger my granddaughter ordered was absolutely awesome, I wish they had beef bacon. I definitely would have ordered one.

Stopped in just for a couple of burgers for dinner. Not to play any games. No reservations available online and not taking any when we called, but the place was only half full and they couldn't tell us that when we called. Burgers are usually very good when we come and prepared to the correct temperature we requested. 👍

Very nice atmosphere. Service is pretty good. The customer service is very nice upfront and the game attendants have a nice demeanor as well. The food has always been good. Can't wait to go back.

Not as I expected. I've visited some that really make you wanna go back. This one in particular has many little kids running and punching the arcades while you and your loved ones are enjoying the game. Supposedly security is standing at some corners of the place but with no grit to take action on these little bullies even when it's done while they're looking at the kids. Sadly people have no respect for others or even themselves.

Hadn't been to a D & B in many years but I loved the vibe and the incredible number of awesome games to play. There was something for every age group. We're already planning a birthday party here in the near future.

Had grandson birthday party there, service was excellent and atmosphere was great, food rating could have been higher but we only had basic kids food. Excellent time

We went there, mainly to eat at the restaurant because I remember going to Philadelphia at the Dave & Buster’s, They had great food so we were coming to this location for the first time. When we arrive, there were three or four employees standing just to the right of the entrance where you can be seated in the dining room area or you can be seated to the left where the big screen TVs are and we were seated right away which was good but shortly after we were seated, there was a gentleman who came around and said that he was not going to be our waiter, that it would be a different waitress and that she was a little overwhelmed because she had three tables and she would be with us soon. I felt like he was trying to help out but at the same time, throwing the other coworker, under the bus a little bit with the comments. There were several servers standing around talking to the hostess. I think it would’ve been a better presentation. If one of them had just came by to take the order to get us started and said that the other waitress will be by soon that she’s working hard taking care of other customers. Our server that took our order was obviously new but she was working hard, certainly doing her best. My mom was a waitress for many and I had the privilege of working as her busboy, clearing her tables as a young teenager. People who came to the restaurant would stand in line and request to be seated in her section. To be fair to the other younger, less experienced waitresses my mom would seat her customers and coworkers section and share the work together. Overall we were happy with the service. It just wasn’t at the level that matched the amazing food that was servedThe food there is truly above and beyond and I give it five stars easily. When we first received the menu, we were a little worried because the menu does not do the food justice. It’s a two sided laminated menu with no photos and it left us wondering what the food would be like. I would recommend going on Google maps and looking at the food photos that people post from their photos. If you do this first, the menu will make a little more sense, but I wish they could improve the menu design a little bit especially for the dining room area. The sports bar area next to the dining room, which is a huge open Space is amazing with very large green TVs and plenty of places to sit. They do seem to have plenty of staff, so that’s very good. The noise level coming from all of the games on the opposite end of the building is a little bit much and I wish that noise level was about half of what it is. The gaming area the noise level is just off the charts, it’s way too loud over there and does not enhance the experience in the gaming area. The noise from the gaming area sounds like a rumbling roar when you eating your food and trying to watch the large screen TVs or just have a conversation. There should be more of a balance because it’s all open space. The building is newer and everything is very well done and there’s tons of great games to play. I thought their bar area was amazing. It’s designed very well and lots of open spaces places to mingle places to sit. The take away that I would recommend to the restaurant is get your servers and hostesses to work as a team and to never make excuses about the service to a customer especially about another coworker that’s just not professional. If you have someone new and you’re trying to give them the responsibility of the workload I get it, but don’t sacrifice the dining experience of the customers who is spending $65 to $80 Fer couple for a delicious meal and night out. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who wants to go to an amazing sports bar, eat some delicious food and have the option to play some games. The table where we were seated was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Dave & Buster’s has a great reputation and overall we enjoyed ourselves.

I haven't been to a Dave and Buster's in years and I've only ever been to the Philadelphia location. I had a great time. The food was good also but a lot of people keep on talking about how great the bruschetta was and hoping they will bring it back. 9 pm happy hour or half off drinks also

First impression was extremely clean and spacious venue. The restaurant/bar area has many large screens to watch games. The food was great (Bacon Cheeseburger pictured) and the service was friendly and attentive. The game area was great because it was not cramped, the games were all new and functional, and there was a wide section to choose from.

This is probably the 10th different Dave and Buster's I've been to. Nice and big location like always. Definitely set up for food and drinks just as much as the games. We had a party here with coworkers, and it was a fun night. The food was pretty good and the drinks were good. Service was a little slow but they seemed to be overwhelmed with the amount of people there. Most of the machines were operating fine and everyone was enjoying themselves. I will say the bar area floor was so wet and sticky it was borderline hazardous. The parking was plentiful and being right off the highway made it easy to get there and go home.

Very loud for my ears (78) but a great place for young folks who don't care about the noise. Amazing stuff there my grandkids loved everything. The food was delicious 😋.and service was good 😊

Plenty of games to play, the food was good, the staff was excellent,and a great place to have parties.

Ordered the voodoo pasta with salmon and got one of the smallest pieces of salmon I ever seen. Then it was filled with more pepper’s and mushrooms than noodles. I asked for a different piece of salmon and they wanted to charge me more. The manager didn’t even come out like a normal restaurant would have.
