I went to this place two days ago and couldn't wait to go back. I had bowl 15 the first time and bowl 16 this time (their new menu just came out!! how lucky i was today!! Go try them out :) The base of bowl 15 was kale. Honestly, i am not normally a big fan of kale, but they really made it sooo delicious!! The bowl 16 i had today was also amazing--how genius is this idea of combining pesto with pistachio 😭 A combination of 1+1>2 I loved the bowls so much!!! *screaming It's officially my go-to lunch place now! All in all, these bowls are fresh, nutritious, and offer great taste in an innovative way. The coffees are decent as well. The owners and everyone who works there are really nice and welcoming. You can tell that they love what they are doing. If this shop was just down the street from me, I could literally patronise it every day.

New upcoming sustainable fast food salad restaurant. Although originally sceptical of the size and fullness I was extremely impressed. Amazing taste and very reasonable pricing! At £6 basically a steal! I look forward to visiting again.

Food 10/10 Service 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10 What a find. Hidden gem. This was a lunch highlight of the week. Something so simple, yet so perfectly balanced and delicious. I had the House Bowl and added chicken. It was just the perfect amount and combination of everything. The dressing perfectly acidic and tangy, the nutty crunch added and blended with the flavor (sometimes the some nuts can ruins a salad), chicken was juicy, and the pickled onions were a highlight. Honestly wouldn’t make any changes. The price does equal quality and value. New favorite. Already looking forward to being back.

Really simple, healthy, and feel good salads and smoothies. A no frills down to earth salad bar/stop with a changing menu. We tried bowl 13 and bowl 15, as well as the summer berry and chocolate smoothie. Everything about this place is just delightful and so refreshing!

I tried and enjoyed their House Bircher Muesli with Apple, Yogurt, and Cinnamon; it was satisfying and flavourful. I returned to try a Salad Bowl with Hummus which was so good I'm still thinking about it. I had a coffee and Carrot, Apple Juice and Ginger drink and those were also excellent. The interiors are clean, calm and contemporary. You'll find a couple of seats outside. I would highly recommend if you want healthy food that tastes amazing. I wrote an article for my blog because it was so good. I wish there was one of these on Bermondsey Street, it would do well there! Enjoy.

Walked past this afternoon and decided to get a salad and a coffee. Had the number 15 bowl which was 10/10, super tasty - great textures and flavours and incredibly reasonable at £6. The guy serving me (man bun) was really friendly and likeable and made me want to go back. Only downside was the coffee (while tasty) was lukewarm. However, 90% of places these days seem to serve it like this so nothing too personal.

Tasty salads, generous portions, especially when you go for the extra toppings. Super healthy, fresh juices also deserve a mention. Fast service. Welcoming and cheerful staff who serve with a smile. A wonderful ambiance. My preferred choice when I'm in the area and craving nutritious food.

Delicious, healthy & refreshing, and affordable bowls and salads. Lovely, friendly staff. Their muesli is one of my favorite breakfast treats, and I’m always eager to try their rotating seasonal, fresh salads .

Not your usual salad bar, Sproot serve a selection of plant based bowls full of goodness and taste, as their colours show: proteins, carbs packed with vitamins, minerals and fibre plus the right amount of fat, all you need to stay healthy this winter. The coffee is very good too. They also have breakfast bowls and we’ll be serving soups soon. I’ll be back to try them.

First time visit, but I can’t wait to come back already. I asked to leave something out of my bowl and the owner offered so many amazing alternatives, and was really accommodating to my requests. The bowl was absolutely delicious, super bright and fresh flavours, and the service was fantastic. What a gem, can’t wait to come back for more.
